3 out of 5 eggsOverheats

Pros: Had it for 5 years, and it still works.

Cons: As soon as I watch video, do graphics editing or play a graphics heavy game I need to point a desk fan at my computer to keep it from overheating. But hey, it's lasted me well all things considered.

2 out of 5 eggs

Pros: It seems to get the job done.

Cons: Poor construction, fan started going bad after 2 days. Now that fan has slowed (and started grinding) GPU idle temperature is 92 degrees Celsius and crashes after 3 minutes of gameplay. Lack of 12V plug on a 512MB card should have been a tip-off.

Other Thoughts: When my old nVidia 7900 GTS went bad I went out and bought this card from Best Buy as a holdover until my 8800 GT from NewEgg arrived. After two days the fan started grinding and now the card is in a constant state of being overheated. Lucky for me that NewEgg has great shipping times -- I'll be getting the new card in the mail tomorrow and returning this piece of junk ASAP.

5 out of 5 eggshuge upgrade for old graphics cards.

Pros: GREAT price, Good Quality, runs all my old games on High Settings. its a huuge upgrade from my old card, and i'm well pleased.

Cons: its not the 8800.

it won't bring me breakfast in bed.

it shipped from CA, and I live in PA so it showed up a few days later than my other parts, ( BUT still right on time) and my other parts arrived a Day early So w/e

Other Thoughts: I upgraded from a OLD Geforce 6100 graphics card, and let me tell you the difference is huge, I had to play WOW on low settings to get a good frame rate, And now... with this card.. I pretty much get 80 FPS on the highest settings ( were talking 80 FPS everywhere.) I could really tell the graphical difference in City of Hero's which i had to play on minimum, and now I play it on Full and it looks so nice i was amazed.

4 out of 5 eggsNice card for the money.

Pros: The card is adequate for mid-range gaming, but is obviously not up to the task of running the high end games at their top setting. It is up to the task if you are more of a "hobby" gamer. If you are hard core, you'll want something more powerful and more pricey. But, if you are hard core, you already know this. The dual outputs are a nice feature-some experts swear that using two monitors boosts productivity.

Cons: As others have said, the fan seems a bit weak. However, I added a Vantec Tornado fan to my case and hence heat is not an issue.

Other Thoughts: It is a PCI Express X16 card. There are different PCI Express slots (and hence cards).

3 out of 5 eggsnot worth the price

Pros: decent gaming card runs cool and quiet

Cons: dont waste your money on this one there are alot better cards for less $

Other Thoughts: I sold this and bought an 8800gs its more than twice as fast and a little cheaper. This would be an excellent card if the price were cut in half.

5 out of 5 eggsHOT!

Pros: It plays all my games my last video card was same thing just with 256mb. I can tell a difference. plays my avorite racing game maxed out.

Cons: The stock cooler isn't enough i installed a Zalmen GPU cooler. The Idel stock was 140F, The Idel With new heatsink is 120F. In game play stock 180F, in game play new heatsink 140F. Buy a better heatsink.

Other Thoughts: i hope it doesn't die on me like my last video card.... =(

4 out of 5 eggsGreat Card

Pros: Great Card for the price! Runs many of my high end graphic games at high resolutions and high settings. Definitely recommended if you are on a budget.

Cons: It lacks power of the high end cards, but hey, you get what you pay for!

4 out of 5 eggsgood card

Pros: This card is great for the price runs pretty much the same as the regular model but faster when overclocked a bit more.

Cons: Had the problem with the sticker on the fan comming loose but instead of making noise. it came off and jammed up the fan might have been a problem if i didnt have a case fan blowing right on the card.

Other Thoughts: I am having problems running it in SLI with the non overclocked model and am going to buy another of the same card and maybe that will help.

5 out of 5 eggsPerfect!

Pros: Very affordable, dependable, and powerful video card! Have had it for almost a year now and still does not let me down at even the most "needy" games.

Cons: No cons at all.

Other Thoughts: Heard issue of sticker on top of the fan would get loose and make noise if it is not removed at initial use. But I removed it before I inserted the card, very minimal problem.

5 out of 5 eggsGood Card

Pros: Great Card, Has yet to let me down, plays most games without much hassle. OC out of the box which is a great feature. Runs Quite cool, and is a good deal for the price. Fits in just about every case. Doesn't need additional power. Comes with HD adapters.

Cons: Not many i can think of other than the Component cable doesn't fit most cables all the jacks are to close together.

Other Thoughts: Not my 9800 GTX. - TO BIG!!!
