5 out of 5 eggsI have the DVI Version of this

Pros: My DVI Version (PNY VCQ420NVS-X16-DVI-PB) works flawlessly with 4 monitors. It does get hot at 160 degrees and there is NO, NONE, ZERO, aftermarket heatsinks for this card.

Cons: Not really a con, but be advised: when you set up your system, the numbers on the video card plugins DO NOT mean diddily squat as far as monitor output.

Arrange your monitors by right clicking on the desktop > properties > display > then put your monitors in the order you wish by drag and drop.

Other Thoughts: My DVI version maxed out drives 4 monitors at 1920x1024.

This DP version is supposed to be able to handle 30 inch monitors at whatever insane resolution they max out at.
Sorry to hear your card was bad. The nView software is AWESOME on 4 monitors.

1 out of 5 eggsCould not install on HP dc7900

Pros: Can drive up to 4 digital display panels simultaneously. The primary reason for my purchase of this card.

Cons: Does not play nice with HP business desktops, particularly these with on board graphic chipset.

Other Thoughts: I could not get this card to install at all on the HP dc 7900 PC. I have tried several machines, some would only display the initial splash screen and memory test then freeze, some would boot up to the Win XP logon screen then the screen would go blank. This is not a Windows driver issue but I suspect some conflict between the multi-GPU grpahic cards and motherboard with built in graphics.

Neither HP tech or PNY tech could resolve the issue.
Buyer beware. Check first before purchasing.

Big kudos to Newegg for taking the card back.
