5 out of 5 eggsRuns better than expected

Pros: Bought this card for my best friend for his birthday. Upgrading from a Nvidia Geforce 210. He could play games but was only getting 10 fps on most of them. Call of Duty MW3 only played at 15 fps max on low settings. Now with this card it runs 70 fps on high settings with no lag or studdering. Halo 2 runs at 55 fps on high settings. So far very pleased with the card. Its a lot better than expected. Fan is super quiet, only got up to 50c max on full load. Overall a great buy.

Cons: Came with a bent bracket. Card was well packaged but unsure why it was bent. I bent it back where its fully straight now. Not docking an egg for it.

4 out of 5 eggsDoes what is expected of it.

Pros: Upgrade over my previous integrated graphics.

Didn't need to upgrade PSU.

Worked right out of the box, no problems. Drivers were found instantly.

Cons: None for the price.

Other Thoughts: I wasn't expecting anything spectacular from this card, as I only paid $49.99 before tax for it. All I needed was an upgrade over my integrated graphics (HD 2000) on my family PC. Plays games on low-medium settings at 720p and supports 2 displays without a hitch.

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent card for the money.

Pros: I put in a AMD 5600 dual core and only 2 gbs of ram.
I could play all most nothing before the upgrade.
Now I can play border lands 2 on high.

Cons: None for the money I paid for the card.

Other Thoughts: This card brought my old computer back to life.

1 out of 5 eggsOK while it worked

Pros: Decent entry level chipset.
Able to play older games on med. settings.
Great for HTPC.
Runs quiet.

Cons: Died in less than 1 year. Received for Christmas 2012, died Oct. 2013. No video output at all upon power up. PNY will not honor warranty without the sales receipt.

Other Thoughts: Video is restored with a spare card I had. PNY offers a 3 year warranty on this card. Don't lose your receipt or PNY will not honor your warranty. This card became available for sale early 2012, died Oct. 2013. Pretty sure that is less than 3 years with or without receipt.

I have never encountered a company requiring their customers to retain a receipt in order to RMA a product for warranty replacement.

5 out of 5 eggsNew life to an old Dell C521

Pros: Very well packaged card. Its not the best but for a low profile card it with an upgraded Athlon X2 5600+ and 4gb of ram it has resurrected an old Dell C521 desktop. Older games run smoothly and now my son can play Guild Wars 2 with some decent frame rates.

Cons: Priced under $60 whats to complain about.

3 out of 5 eggsDecent Card

Pros: Decent little card. Installed into a low profile setup with an athlon II, breathed some new life into an older machine. Plays games great now. Being the low end of the 6 series I didnt expect a lot, but it really cranks out some heat under load and performs better than you may expect.

Cons: Arrived with damaged packaging and a bent bracket. Luckily I was going to use the low profile brackets anyways.

Other Thoughts: Knocked off one egg for the bent bracket. I know it isn't probably Newegg's fault. Que Sera, Sera.
