Designed from the ground up, the next-generation GeForce GTX 770 by PNY delivers high-speed, super-smooth gaming. It’s stacked with unique gaming technologies that make it fast – really fast.

The GTX 770 features a massively powerful NVIDIA Kepler GPU. Plus, it comes with 7 Gbps – the fastest ever on a GPU – and NVIDIA GPU Boost 2.0 technology, giving you the performance capabilities you need to game at extreme settings. It also taps into the industry’s most advanced gaming features like GeForce Experience for one-click driver and settings optimization, plus NVIDIA PhysX and TXAA for smooth, sharp graphics. Nothing will hold you back from taking on – and dominating – your most challenging games.

  • newegg Keep the Temperature and Noise Low The PNY GeForce GTX 770 features a multi-fan cooling design for excellent cooling performance. RPM-balancing filters allow for a stable fan speed and whisper-quiet acoustics. Keep the graphics card temperature and noise in check.
  • newegg NVIDIA GPU BOOST 2.0 This brand-new technology allows gamers to push PC performance to the maximum with precise controls. GPU Boost 2.0 intelligently monitors work with advanced controls – like GPU temperature target, overclocking, and overvoltage – to ensure the GPU works at the ultimate performance.
  • newegg NVIDIA Adaptive Vertical Sync Nothing is more distracting than framerate stuttering and screen tearing. The first tends to occur when framerates are low, the second when framerates are high. Adaptive V-Sync is a smarter way to render frames. At high framerates, V-sync is enabled to eliminate tearing; at low framerates, it's disabled to minimize stuttering. It gets rid of distractions so you can get on with gaming.
  • newegg NVIDIA Surround with up to Four Monitors Nothing is as breathtaking as playing your favorite games across three monitors. At 5760 x 1080, the expanded field of view fully engages your peripheral vision and provides for the most immersive experience in racing and flight simulators. Add a fourth display to keep tabs on chat, email, or web while you are gaming.
  • newegg TXAA AntiAliasing Anti-aliasing helps to smooth out jagged lines in games. Existing techniques like MSAA are effective at removing jagged lines in still images, but struggle with crawling and shimmering artifacts when the player is in motion. TXAA is a new anti-aliasing mode that combines MSAA, temporal filtering, and post processing for the highest edge quality and minimal shimmering during gameplay.
  • newegg NVIDIA 3D Vision Ready NVIDIA 3D Vision brings a fully immersive, stereoscopic 3D experience to the PC. A combination of high-tech wireless glasses and advanced software, 3D Vision transforms hundreds of PC games into full stereoscopic 3D. Get up to two times the monitor and keyboard brightness with NVIDIA 3D LightBoost technology. In addition, you can enjoy 3D movies and 3D digital photographs in eye-popping, crystal-clear quality.

1 out of 5 eggsJust stopped

Pros: worked really well for about four months, and could work fine with everything on dual monitors.

Cons: After a couple months break and returning to gaming, It just stopped functioning. Resets, sometimes shows an error, and frame rate drops to nothing. I don't play what would be considered high graphic games, but anything is now proving too much for this GPU. For the amount of money paid, this should not be a throw-away GPU.

Other Thoughts: Had some issues installing, turned out bios needed updating.

2 out of 5 eggsWell this wasn't good.

Pros: Price (when it was $255) and the free full version game, Borderlands 1.5. They (went through 2) performed well when they worked, just as any 770 should though.

Cons: First card hard locked between 15 and 45 minutes into games. Couldn't last more than 90 seconds in popular benchmarks. I sent that one back, and ordered a replacement. The replacement didn't hard lock, could run benchmarks fine, but unfortunately there was a constant flicker in dark colors. Also right out of the package, the metal fan shroud was bent and the front cooling fan was just slightly hitting it causing a ticking noise constantly. The box it was in was not damaged at all, which leads me to believe PNY packaged it up in this condition.

Other Thoughts: I had good luck with PNY cards in the past, and figured I'd give them another go. The Newegg rep I dealt with was awesome though, great support with this mess. I ended up going with a different card entirely, and decided not to try my luck with PNY's 770 a third time. I gave it 2 eggs instead of only 1 because both cards at least "worked" somewhat and were not DOA.

1 out of 5 eggsThis sucks

Pros: It was good while it was working very nice graphics for its price

Cons: It broke on me in 3 months... Couldn't return it because of the 30 day policy that newegg have. And now I'm trying to contact the manufacturer..... I wouldn't recommend this product for anyone.

1 out of 5 eggsKernel error

Pros: Fast when it works

Cons: Always get kernel error when playing graphic intensive games... so no point in having a good video card if it can't play modern games.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat card, not so great fans

Pros: Fantastic looking card. Sleek design makes a great addition to almost any rig and it runs incredibly quiet. I have not had a problem graphics wise with this card and I have thrown everything I can think of at it and it handles it on default settings. Nvidia control panel is always a plus in my book.

Cons: As I write this I am a little over a month into ownership and one of the two fans has already failed and stopped working. I recieved the card as a gift from a friend and I was completely singing this things praises until this fan issue started. The one fan that is working will speed up to try and cool everything and it has managed to do a decent job so far but I have not been pushing it. I don't know if this is an issue with this specific card and I got bad luck of the draw which could be the case or if this is an issue these cards have.

Other Thoughts: I am a little torn here. When both fans were working this card was flying through anything and everything that I could play on it with no problems. Since one of the two fans died on it, I have been noticing some stuttering and general lag in some places. I have done my best to try and cool it down until I can speak with someone from PNY to try and get this resolved.

With both fans: Highly reccomend, amazing card.
With only one fan: Not so much.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat GPU, not so great price

Pros: Very powerful out of the box. Works as advertised and have been able to run most everything on Ultra.

Cons: None yet *fingers crossed*

Other Thoughts: I use MSI's Afterburner software to overclock my gpu. Works well without much heat increase. My GPU outperformed the norm in the Furmark benchmark without having overclocked it. I caught my GPU on sale for $299, but not everyone can be so lucky.

Note: I ran into issues with Metro Last Light, but those were caused due to some sort of driver conflict that occurred during Metro's first launch (from steam). Reinstalling PhysX drivers fixed the issue and put me back on the highest possible settings.

My Build:
ASUS Maximus VI Hero w/ i7-4770k
PNY Nvidia 770GTX 2GB VRAM
Corsair 2x8GB 1866 DRAM
Corsair H80i CPU Water Cooler
Antec 900 Mid-Tower

4 out of 5 eggsGreat Crad

Pros: Little to no issues during assembly. Runs everything at max Graphics

Cons: During installation I had only inserted the 6 pin power connector alone... I have never had a card that need a 6 and an 8.
Also says that it comes with Watch Dogs but i did not recieve anything like a code or something that tells me how to play it when it comes out.
Advice?

5 out of 5 eggsDoo Eet

Pros: It's working, very well, Exactly what you would expect. Never owed a PNY card before, we will see about it's staying power. Massively modded skyrim running at 40 fps (and I mean hugely modded) . BF4 running ultra at nearly 60, some dips, on high at 60 with no dips. Running cool and quiet as well.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: No issues so far.

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome

Pros: this card is amazing.. you can play any game with high settings and it will run perfectly.. i play BF3 with the settings on high and titanfall with the settings maxed out and they run perfect.. if you want performance buy this card now..

Cons: first, this card is f**** huge make sure you have room in your tower for this.. full tower recommended for people that are not good with working in tight spaces or dont have alot of building experience... im using a mid tower and this thing takes up like 50% of the room in there haha... when you play graphically demanding games this card gets loud.. the 2 fans on this thing are louder than my entire computer when the fans are running at around 60+%... also this thing heats up alot so make sure you have an efficent power supply and good ventilation in your tower.. but these cons arent really anything to worry about since you cant expect anything different from the power this thing outputs and the performance out-weighs everything

Other Thoughts: overall this card is great, you will not be dissapointed at all if you buy this card... another thing, which im really mad about.. in the specifications tab it says 230W... yea right.. you need a minimum of 600W-42V for this card to work properly i ended up getting a 530W with 38amps to the pci and my computer kept crashing because it wasnt getting enough power when i was playing bf3 and titanfall.. i looked at the box and it said 600W minimum.. i was so freakin mad.. i bought a power supply for no reason, now its just gunna sit there and collect dust bc i had to buy another power supply that was able to run this video card... just make sure your power supply is enough for this card 600w-42V and you shouldnt have a problem
