The GeForce GTX 770 transforms your games with fast, smooth and whisper quiet experience. The PNY VCGGTX7704XPB-OC features a massively powerful NVIDIA Kepler GPU of 1536 Cores and gigantic memory of 4GB GDDR5 operating at all-time high 7010MHz effective frequency. Plus it's factory overclocked to 1059MHz (standard 1045MHz) Base Clock and 1111MHz Boost Clock (standard 1085MHz) for more fps in the hottest titles.

Beyond raw performance, it is perfectly tuned to today's most advanced gaming technologies, like GeForce Experience for one click driver and setting optimization - you'll get the best gaming right out of the box – and NVIDIA PhysX and TXAA for smooth, sharp graphics. Nothing will hold you back from taking on, and dominating, your most challenging games.

  • newegg GeForce Experience The easiest way to optimize your games and keep your drivers up to date, the GeForce Experience application automatically notifies you of new driver releases from NVIDIA. With a single click, you’ll be able to update the driver directly, without leaving your desktop.
  • newegg NVIDIA GPU Boost 2.0 This brand-new technology allows gamers to push PC performance to the maximum with precise controls. GPU Boost 2.0 intelligently monitors work with even more advanced controls – like GPU temperature target, overclocking, and overvoltage – to ensure the GPU works at the ultimate performance.
  • newegg NVIDIA Adaptive Vertical Sync Nothing is more distracting than framerate stuttering and screen tearing. The first tends to occur when framerates are low, the second when framerates are high. Adaptive V-Sync is a smarter way to render frames. At high framerates, V-sync is enabled to eliminate tearing; at low framerates, it's disabled to minimize stuttering. It gets rid of distractions so you can get on with gaming.
  • newegg NVIDIA Surround with up to Four Monitors Nothing is as breathtaking as playing your favorite games across three monitors. At 5760 x 1080, the expanded field of view fully engages your peripheral vision and provides for the most immersive experience in racing and flight simulators. Add a fourth display to keep tabs on chat, e-mail, or the web while you are gaming.
  • newegg Two New Anti-aliasing Modes: FXAA and TXAA Technology Anti-aliasing smoothes out jagged edges but can be demanding on framerates. FXAA (Fast Approximate Anti-Aliasing) is a new anti-aliasing technology that produces beautiful smooth lines with minimal performance impact. And with Kepler based GPUs, you'll be able to enable FXAA in hundreds of game titles through the NVIDIA Control Panel. The second mode, TXAA (Temporal Anti-Aliasing), is an in-game option that combines MSAA, temporal filtering, and post processing for even higher visual fidelity. The second mode, TXAA, is an in-game option that combines MSAA, temporal filtering, and post processing for even higher visual fidelity.
  • newegg NVIDIA PhysX Technology Full support for NVIDIA PhysX technology, enabling a totally new class of physical gaming interaction for a more dynamic and realistic experience with GeForce.

5 out of 5 eggsSo much VRAM

Pros: I purchased this card specifically because of the 4GB VRAM. I enjoy heavily modding my games (Skyrim I'm looking at you) with max settings and any additional lighting and ENB mods I want to run, it handles without any issues.

Cons: Any bigger and it wouldn't in my huge case...

1 out of 5 eggsOutdated

Pros: When purchased this was a good card.

Cons: It's around the same price as a GTX 970, which outperforms this card in every way. The 970 performs better, uses less power, is quieter, and generates less heat. The 770 is outdated.

Other Thoughts: Go for a GTX 970.

5 out of 5 eggsGREAT CARD!

Pros: future proof, for a while anyway. This baby has 4GB of ram and while it's unlikely you'll often use that much(if ever) it's nice to know that is ubisoft makes another farcry game with a new crytek engine, it'll be ready for it.
it's blazing fast and while it's not top of the line, it still compares with the ones that are and for more than half the price of some.
It also doesn't seem to run very hot(in a case with 1x250mm and 1x120mm excluding PSU and CPU fans. I'm playing watch dogs, crysis 3, civilization: beyond earth, and skyrim, all with maxed out settings at 1920x1080 resolution. it's clear to me that i won't be needing to replace this card for quite some time.

and as a reference, i was able to snag this card for a great deal at around 300ish so ya might shop around or wait for a deal if it's too high

Cons: Honestly, i'd be hard pressed to think of anything that could be considered a con.

Other Thoughts: just keep an eye out for a good price. if you're someone considering SLI, I wouldn't bother. it's just not necessary with this card unless you're doing 4k resolutions maybe or gaming on several monitors.

5 out of 5 eggsBeast so far.

Pros: Bought this card as part of my first PC build. Handles everything quite well. Modded Skyrim with ENB shaders and 2k textures, NO PROBLEM! Getting an SSD to avoid framerate drops from texture loading.

Cons: Yes it is big, clearly I did not know this before I begun my build. Had basically everything in place, and when it was time to put the card in it did not fit. Had to actually go in there with a wrench and destroy the ssd drive bay to make room, but it was worth it!

Other Thoughts: I don't know if the 4gb upgrade from the 2gb version helps or not, but it was one of those things where I just decided why not.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Video Card!

Pros: Great Performance and runs any game you throw at t at max settings.

Cons: Running hot! I have Corsair 600T case with the side mesh and 200mm side fax and the card still runs at 81C. Now my room is a little hot during the summer it is about 78F but still my Radeon 7870 was never over 70C.

5 out of 5 eggsgreat for me

Pros: Fired right up when installed, getting drivers from nvidia was no problem, fans are quiet even under moderate load (I've yet to push it). Laughs at anything I throw at it, was getting 600 FPS on iRacing with the graphics maxed out... 0.0

Cons: Expensive, but hey, I'd buy it again.

Other Thoughts: I'm no computer wizard, I'm reviewing this as a below average knowledge buyer.
