Your gaming won't be the same with PNY VCGGTX7803XPB-CC graphics card.

Based on the latest evolution of NVIDIA GPU, the GeForce GTX 780, this card is a landmark in gaming performance: an insanely fast, smooth, and whisper-quiet experience. The massively powerful NVIDIA Kepler GPU features 2304 CUDA Cores – 50% more than its predecessor. Complete with 3GB of high-speed GDDR5 memory and NVIDIA GPU Boost 2.0 technology, this card gives you the performance capability you need to game at extreme settings. Beyond raw performance, the GeForce GTX 780 is perfectly tuned to today’s most advanced gaming technologies with GeForce Experience for one-click driver and setting optimization, plus NVIDIA PhysX and TXAA for smooth, sharp graphics.

  • newegg NVIDIA GPU Boost 2.0 This brand-new technology allows gamers to push PC performance to the maximum with precise controls. GPU Boost 2.0 intelligently monitors work with even more advanced controls – like GPU temperature target, overclocking, and overvoltage – to ensure the GPU works at the ultimate performance.
  • newegg GeForce Experience The easiest way to optimize your games and keep your drivers up to date, The GeForce Experience application automatically notifies you of new driver releases from NVIDIA. With a single click, you’ll be able to update the driver directly, without leaving your desktop.
  • newegg NVIDIA Adaptive Vertical Sync Nothing is more distracting than framerate stuttering and screen tearing. The first tends to occur when framerates are low, the second when framerates are high. Adaptive V-Sync is a smarter way to render frames. At high framerates, V-sync is enabled to eliminate tearing; at low framerates, it's disabled to minimize stuttering. It gets rid of distractions so you can get on with gaming.
  • newegg NVIDIA Surround with Up To Four Monitors Nothing is as breathtaking as playing your favorite games across three monitors. At 5760 x 1080, the expanded field of view fully engages human peripheral vision and provides for the most immersive experience in racing and flight simulators. Add a fourth display to keep tabs on chat, email, or the web while you are gaming.
  • newegg TXAA Anti-Aliasing Anti-aliasing helps to smooth out jagged lines in games. Existing techniques like MSAA are effective at removing jagged lines in still images, but struggle with crawling and shimmering artifacts when the player is in motion. TXAA is a new anti-aliasing mode that combines MSAA, temporal filtering, and post processing for the highest edge quality and minimal shimmering during gameplay.
  • newegg NVIDIA PhysX Technology Full support for NVIDIA PhysX technology, enabling a totally new class of physical gaming interaction for a more dynamic and realistic experience with GeForce.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Video Card

Pros: 3 gigs Gddr5 means you will have enough video ram for the newest games at 1080P. Needs plenty of power though as the 7 series GK 110 loves its power compared to the 9 series cards, IMO the 7 series outperform the 9 series

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Usually I go with EVGA video cards but this card was on sale

5 out of 5 eggsSolid card

Pros: I have been a AMD fanboy for a long time, but recently had an R9 290 go dead on me. I saw the price on this card and decided to take the plunge. I will preface the rest by saying I run everything on a 1080p TV, but this card out performs my 290 in every game and benchmark I've tried. I am confounded and pleased that a 3 year old chipset from Nvidia is able to out perform last year's AMD at cooler temps, with less power consumption, but for $269 after the rebate, who am I to argue?

Cons: I do have occasional stutter problems, and Metro redux seems to have some strange lighting issues, but I can run it COMPLETELY maxed to I figured its a good trade off.

Other Thoughts: The card is super quiet compared to my 290, and runs around 5 to 10 C cooler.

The stuttering issues are annoying, I still haven't worked that out yet.

Does not seem to overclock as well as some of the other 780s, but I paid around $150 less so..... I can deal

5 out of 5 eggsPNY GTX 780 3 GB 384

Pros: This card is everything I hoped it would be. Runs quite, plays PS2 on high at around 80 fps and ultra at 55 fps. And as my computer budget doesn't often go onto the thousands, this was the perfect card for me and I highly recommend it for anyone who wants a great video card without breaking the bank.

Cons: None, for the price you can't beat this card.

Other Thoughts: It is a large card so make it will fit into your case. I have a mid tower and it fits with about 3/4 in. to spare.

5 out of 5 eggsGood value now

Pros: 1. Solid performance
2. Quiet
4. Reasonably cool running
5. Good construction with an aluminum fan shroud
6. Warranty
7. No fuss Nvidia drivers - the card just works (and works smoothly)

Cons: Length of card might make it difficult to fit in some cases.
3GB of VRAM might make it not the best choice for higher resolution gaming.

Other Thoughts: This has turned into a good value over time (since the release of the GTX 970). @ $299.99 with an additional $30 rebate it now makes sense for those not wanting to spend an additional $60-$100 for a 970 (with that rebate figured in) and still stay in the Nvidia camp. Performance is probably 90% of that card and even though it has 3GB of VRAM instead of 4GB it should remain a viable choice for 1080p (or in my case 1920x1200) for several years. Maxes all the games I own at that resolution and keeps a smooth, stutter-free FPS.

The fans are quiet - can't hear them most of the time and even @ 65-70% while playing Watch Dogs they aren't obtrusive. Cooling seems good - most I've seen it in my well ventilated case is 73C. Most of the time its in the mid 60s. All in all I'm pretty pleased. Its a good choice for what I do.

4 out of 5 eggsSolid Card

Pros: Great card. Works without a hitch. No wrangling to get drivers to work. Just works.

Cons: Loud fans, though I'm admittedly not used to using high end cards like this. It stays within temp ranges regardless.

Other Thoughts: Overall I'm very pleased. Between this and my AMD 8350, I am running everything at very high settings and getting amazingly smooth results. Great card.

4 out of 5 eggsGTX 780

Pros: Plays pretty much any game you feel like playing, at whatever settings you feel like playing at.

Cons: Probably can't quite run ultra settings at resolutions past 1080p.

5 out of 5 eggswaited for the right time

Pros: Arrived operational. the design is nice with the aluminum shroud and it stays a decent temp, it's about 75f ambient when I maxed settings in crysis 3 it got up to70c which is still ok. it barely fit in my rosewill R5 case, I had to send it in at an angle until I cleared the rear of case. white led lights on fans are not too bright. the fans are not loud also until they hit 65 -70% and I have a quiet pc. Thanks to Newegg I got it in 2 days, 1 day sooner.

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: I replaced 2 gtx 660's sli with this and performance is similar, 780 is a little faster, I also had a 770, the 660's were faster. sold 660's for $200 and got this for $328 after tax, it's a good day! I game with one 24" 1080 monitor so I can max out pretty much all games and stay at 60 fps
