5 out of 5 eggsUpgraded from a 88800GT?

Pros: Why would you upgrade from an 8800GT? The only reason that I can think of is to play Crysis. Other than that, the 8800GT dominates everything that I have thrown at it.

Cons: It makes no sense to throw away $500.00 every 8 months on a new video card.

Other Thoughts: I have the 8800GT. I got it back in February in a great moment of weakness; my 7950GT was slowing down in COD at 1920 X 1200. My Master's degree program is keeping me away from games. :(

5 out of 5 eggsVery Nice Card

Pros: The card works flawlessly. I can run any application that I have on the highest settings without any problems. The temps idle at 50 degrees for me with the fan at 60%. When I go to 100% fan while gaming then the temps drop to 46. It overclocks well too.

Cons: It's a huge card and I had to remove the fan case on the HDD cage and just tie up the fan in order to fit it and the fan into my Antec 900 case. The manual is a little outdated and you definitely want to download the latest drivers fron Nvidia.

Other Thoughts: I'm very pleased with this card and I upgraded from a 8800GT.
