3 out of 5 eggsQuirky but functional

Pros: It serves 4 screens without flickering or artifacts.

Cons: I've had some trouble getting it to work on Windows 7. I installed this card in a shuttle case and for whatever reason the screens don't turn on if I set the PCI card as the dominant graphics card. I had to instead set the shuttle's internal video card as dominant and then use the PCI card as a secondary. Whether this is shuttle's fault, windows 7, or the card's fault is unknown but it is annoying.

It works fine since the cards can both work at once but it was a struggle to figure out how to get past the black screen. It happens right when drivers are loaded. Prior to that everything works fine. So it might be a problem with windows 7's internal driver library.
