Pros: Great price for upgrading an older PC, or for using an older PC to play those old "classic" games.

Cons: none so far.

1 out of 5 eggsbsods, glitching and did i mention the blue screen of death

Pros: outputs video. works with some finangling in windows 7

Cons: bsods (blue screen of death) whenever you try to maximize a youtube video.

Other Thoughts: bottom line, skip it. your better off with whatever your computer already has. believe me i have a viachrome 7 vga adapter and its better than this.

5 out of 5 eggsWindows 7 32-bit system

Pros: Easy installation, it was one of my first times replacing any kind of hardware on my system, and with help from google, I was able to replace it with no problems at all. So far it's worked great, Ive only had it a couple days, but the driver software was installed without any issue and its been working great. As expected, Newegg shipped quickly, and in perfect condition, and it was a great price too.

Cons: As mentioned in previous reviews, the fan does make a high pitch sound, its not terrible, and I personally got used to it in about an hour.

Other Thoughts: I would recommend this card, the pros greatly outweigh the cons.

1 out of 5 eggsCard won't accept driver

Pros: None. Doesn't work. My fault for not saving all packaging. Waste of money. BIG waste of time.

Cons: The card was defective on installation, but that wasn't clear, as the problem was that the nvidia driver would not load. Spent many hours on wild goose chases. Took it to a tech shop eventually, which condirmed card was bad. New Egg wouldn't accept return without packaging, and Jaton won't accept a return on a card that has been modified (bracket modified to fit into low profile case -- no low profile bracket included).

3 out of 5 eggsSome Windows 7 Compatibility

Pros: Great price, good packaging, easy to install.

Cons: Several reviewers mention card is compatible with Win 7 if you let Windows install the drivers. This is correct, but you can't get the NVIDIA Control Panel to run because the 5200 series is not officially supported in Win7 by NVIDIA or manufacturer. It will output video to the outputs, but I couldn't find a way to reposition the output on an S-VIDEO feed to my TV. You need at least a 6200 series card to get good Win 7 support from NVIDIA. This was installed in an HP D530 P4 2.6 Ghz box with a larger power supply. Sometimes when there was a lot of video motion, the sound on the box would studder. I ended up replacing this card with a 6200 series card and things work amazingly well now. This is not a bad card, it just wasn't ideal for my non HDTV HTPC application on a slower system.

1 out of 5 eggsReally Bottom Of The Barrel!

Pros: It fits a Dell GX260 SSf. Other than that it's a cheap way to bring graphics to a mobo without integrated video.

Cons: *Note: This is the first Newegg review I've ever done, but this card sucks so much that I just had to vent!
It was the best low profile card I could find & that's not saying much! At the time I purchased this it was the only thing that I could find to fit an old Dell GX260 SSF. In the distant past I've owned other FX5200 cards, and they were in PCI format, and would still eat this AGP format card for breakfast!. So unless you're desperate for a low profile card do yourself a favor & skip this one.

Other Thoughts: Knowing the little Gx260 was not a good testbed for this card I decided to wring it out in an old P4 3.0Ghz HT 800fsb system 1 Gb PC3200 ram, with XP Pro.

This card couldn't keep up with my other really old HP running a P4 2.5 Ghz 400 fsb 1 GB PC2700, XP Home, that uses an Nvidia 6200 PCI card!

Folks this is an AGP card & it won't even out perform my PCI cards...even those cards made with the same chip and running on a slower bus!

4 out of 5 eggsWorked great for upgrading old PC to Win7

Pros: Fast, supports Windows 7 with Aero enabled, easy install.

Cons: Fan creates a high-pitched whining noise that's a little on the loud side compared to other fans I've got in other systems. It gets a little annoying after a while. I knocked off an egg for the noise.

Other Thoughts: I used this to upgrade an old low-profile form factor PC with AGP so I could run Windows 7. It's the only card NewEgg had that fit, but it works great. I didn't use the disk that came with it, I just installed it and Win7 automatically found it and installed the right drivers. Works really well and allows me to run Aero and Media Center without issues.

5 out of 5 eggsFX5200TV

Pros: Does what it is made to do, output video to the screen.

Cons: The fan does add noise to the system, but it wasn't anything I couldn't get used to. After a few days, I don't even notice it anymore.

Other Thoughts: I bought this only to get 16:9 resolutions with my new Acer X203H 20" screen. It works well with my Dell Optiplex GX-150.
