2 out of 5 eggsReturned due to fan issues.

Pros: Hardware & software installed with no issues. Good bang for the buck. Card ran at fairly low temperatures.

Cons: Fan bearings were noisy right from the beginning, made a high pitched noise. Would go away if I tapped on it, but I didn't want to do that every time I powered it up.

Other Thoughts: I bought this card to replace my NVidea 8600 GT that died. It did provide a performance gain, but not huge. I was expecting a little more.

2 out of 5 eggsFan died

Pros: Excellent video card for the money. It runs many programs extremely fast, and I really like the card.

Cons: I purchased two of the HD 4670. After a week, one of them started to make noise. The fan makes a sound each time it spins around. Sort of like putting a baseball card in the spokes of your bike. I took the card out, and carefully inspected the fan. There is nothing obstructing it. Hand spinning the fan verified that the fan itself is generating the sound.

I'd like to replace the fan, but the fan isn't a standard size. Newegg won't RMA the video card since I don't have the box. So now I have to deal with BIOSTAR's warranty. ugh. Last thing I wanted is to wait 2 months for a working video card.

5 out of 5 eggsGood ol' ATI/AMD

Pros: 64 Frames per second in Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 with all settings maxed and resolution at 1440x900 (720p). Runs any game I throw at it. Temps never get out of control. Not much to say here, except great product.

Cons: hmmm....the heatsink is just big enough to make it a two slot card.

Other Thoughts: Of course, as with any graphics card, you'll want to make sure your system is up to speed too. I have a Phenom II 3.2Ghz, DDR3 1600 Memory, etc.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat GPU

Pros: Very quiet, works great for me. my graphics look pretty darn good for the price you pay. Runs most games on high settings without lag

Cons: Nothing that I can think of.

Other Thoughts: Upgraded from my old old Geforce 6800 gs/xt and the difference is like night and day. I am quite impressed with ATI my first graphics card from them. If you are looking for a decent card for casual gaming go with this.

4 out of 5 eggsGood little gpu

Pros: It does what it's supposed to do quietly and efficiently.

Cons: Cheap construction. Flimsy fan containing unit. Doesn't support higher refresh rates on larger resolutions.

Other Thoughts: I ordered a new one and they sent me an open box doa. Grrr. The replacement finally came in and has been running just fine.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat bang for the buck

Pros: Quiet fans allows this card to run cool at 38 - 40C for light work.

Windows 7 WEI increased from 4.9 (Radeon 4550) to 5.9, with addition of this card being the only change.

No extra power required, as has been mentioned before.

Cons: It's early, but none to speak of so far.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat card!

Pros: Easy to install. Runs ANY game you throw at it. Go ATI ;)

Cons: Nothing really.

Other Thoughts: This is a great card. I highly recommend this. The drivers included are out of date so go to the ATI site to download the newest one.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks

Pros: I had bought it on monday night, recieved it friday morning, plugged it in, had downloaded new drivers before hand and installed them, no errors and then came the test. Wow at high settings, 70 frames per second, I was suprised, this card works as advertised and looks awesome. Definatly a good buy with decent stats and no pci-e plug.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: I have no issues with this card, works exactly as advertised.
