3 out of 5 eggsNot like the picture

Pros: Runs at 49ºC in open air without any fans blowing on it at 35% fan speed idling.

Cons: The fan that came on mine is literally half the size of the one in the picture, so it's annoyingly loud and makes a high-pitched noise as it spins even at the lowest speed I can set it to. It's in my HTPC that I occasionally play games on, so when I'm not playing games I'd at least expect it to be quiet.

Other Thoughts: I like BFG for their good tech support and all, but I feel like I've been cheated.

5 out of 5 eggsBFG9600GT

Pros: Great FR's, picture & all around performance! every game I have on high or extra high settings( COD5, dead rising, crysis) I am running this with an AMD Phenom II 955BE, and I'm sure that helps.

Cons: Runs a bit hot (50-60C), fan can get loud but quiets down when auto kicks in. Still for the $ it screams!

Other Thoughts: When system starts up, it's the loudest fan in the case and I have a Zalman 9900, 5 120mm case and 4 HD fans. I guess when the drivers kick in it lowers the RPM substantially, and reports at 40% of full speed. It is non-audible, but like I said it then stays at around 50C idle and has gotten in the High 60C's when gaming. No lag, shut offs or BSOD at all. Just my 2 cents.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat

Pros: Plays all my games at 1280x1024 with 50+ fps besides crysis. Crysis on that with everything maxed is about 25-45 fps

Cons: Uhmm, I had one bluescreen of death after playing crysis for 5 hours straight, and before I closed the game I was getting severe lag, like 10 fps. But I restarted and everything ran fine again.

Other Thoughts: Really good card for the price, buy it!

5 out of 5 eggsNice

Pros: This card is great for it's price, all of my games run smoothly on highest settings, crysis, source games, unreal 3 games all run great with.

Cons: You have to reboot your computer after every few hours of playing big games, crysis, source and unreal 3 games, or they get really unstable, random textures and colors start flashing, but it won't if you restart often. Games like crysis start to have black spots blink on the screen every few minutes after like 2 hours of gameplay.

5 out of 5 eggsWOW!

Pros: Great card. Runs cool. Very fast! Great price!

Cons: None whatsoever.

Other Thoughts: Bought this card with parts to build a complete new budget gaming rig. Plays Call of Duty: WAW with all settings on high with no lag. Newegg charged $79 for the card with a $10.00 rebate bringing the price down to $69... BUT, Nvidea threw in a $50 game (COD:WAW) brining the actual cost of the card to less than $20 bucks!! I almost feel like I stole this one! Thx Newegg!

5 out of 5 eggsGood Value and Great Card

Pros: In my opinion, this is a great card to buy because it gives you the most for your money. It is running quietly and running the Sims 2 like a dream. I can't wait to try out the Sims 3, and maybe Oblivion if I can afford the extra money.

Cons: It is a little big, and I had a hard time getting it in there at first, but in the end it was fine.

Other Thoughts: Call of Duty World at War for free? AND a rebate? You win, Newegg.

5 out of 5 eggsNew life in old PC

Pros: Price and performance. Not to mention the free game.

Cons: None so far?

Other Thoughts: I placed this on my old 939 MSI board. Seems to be doing fine. Replaced a 6800 gt card. I had to after buying a new 23" Dell wide screen monitor. The 9800 is just the ticket until I do my next build. Can not speak on the SLI factor. Just got one card for this older PC. The leap from my old card to this one is HUGE to say the least. Installed in 10 minutes. Sweet card for the loot spent. My case is a Lian Li Mid-size went in with no issues. Was a little longer then the old card. I knew this going into the upgrade. If your looking for a decent card that will work until your next build this is it.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Card - Better Price

Pros: I upgraded a Dell 9150 from a 7900GS to this card. Stock power supply. It is working great. Install was quick and I was up and running in less then 10 minutes.

The card is quiet and running pretty cool. Only about 60 degrees celcius after an hour of heavy gaming. Stock Dell cooling fans. I'm using Riva Tuner for monitoring.

Cons: None so far. The card is working great. If my power supply could handle it I probably would have gone with a 9800GTX, or two of these, but it is working well for now.

Other Thoughts: This card was a steal after rebate and it included World at War for free. I couldn't pass on it and you shouldn't either. :)

System - Pentium D 3Ghz, 3Gb ram, 9600GT.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Value

Pros: Fantastic, runs COD4 and Bioshock at 1080p like a champ with all settings maxed. Only games i run on medium are Crysis and Oblivion (with the 2.7gig texture pack addon!)

Cons: Just bad luck i guess, mine won't go past about 700Mhz clock and 1003 bus, and even then oblivion shows some major artifacts :(

Other Thoughts: Even with the weak overclock this is a phenomenal card for the money (especially if you get lucky and get one that will go into the 750-800mhz range).
