5 out of 5 eggsBad Boy Bad Toy!!!

Pros: Wicked Fast, Not Slower than the ATI 5870, You wont upgrade this bad boy for a bit.

Cons: Price

Other Thoughts: I own 2x 280GTX's in SLI mode on my Core i7 920. I like when the ATI Boys get on here and post about how this card is a rip off. 1st, if you want Quality then you buy Nvidia. 2nd, Maximum PC recently did a stand off between the 285GTX vs the 5870, do you know why? Because it's a single GPU and the 295GTX runs circles around it, lol, hey ATI Fan Boys, Get Ready for the the 300 GTX, it will rock your sox!!!!

3 out of 5 eggsNot worth it

Pros: Used to be fastest on the block

Cons: Ok, I don't actually own the card, I have a buddy who does, but I just have to wonder why the heck anyone would pay $500 for a card that gets handily beat by the new 5870 (and even 5850) on nearly every game and graphics application except those geared specifically towards NVIDIA GPU's AND, the AMD/ATI is a good $120 less. This card isn't worth it anymore and unless you're blind, you shouldn't pay for this until the price drops like a rock.

5 out of 5 eggsSweet!

Pros: Quiet. Average 59 FPS in TC's Hawx.

Cons: Price. But you get what you pay for.

Other Thoughts: Upgraded from GeForce GTX 280 OC 2 card SLI with 7.2 Win 7 experience index to 7.1 with this single card. Plan to trade up to a second 295 OC. Trying to hit that 7.9 barrior with extreme OC.
