5 out of 5 eggs

Comments: I ordered this as an upgrade for a system with an Asus motherboard w/ integrated graphics and no AGP port. It runs DirectX 9.0 fine and renders much better than the integrated video did. Our games run much smoother and look much sharper. Great price, free shipping and a free T-shirt too!

2 out of 5 eggsProblems with refresh between 70-85

Comments: I get horrible screen flicker in all resolutions with refresh rates between 70-85. 100 is solid, but the majority monitors don't seem to support 100 in the higher resolutions.

5 out of 5 eggs

Comments: This was a great video card for the money. My games run smoothly. I have it hooked up to my HDTV with the DVI cable, that is one beautiful picture!

5 out of 5 eggsDecent card

Comments: Installed this in my mom's computer to replace her onboard video. Installed in about 10 minutes... just had to disable the onboard video in the bios. Haven't had any problems, although windows XP prompts you during installation, that NVidia's XP drivers aren't signed for compatibility with XP. Have had that problem on other computers also, but since you can override it and force install, it all works anyway. Stable board. Can't beat the price. Thanks New Egg.

4 out of 5 eggsNot bad

Comments: Got one of these cards because my via castlerock onboard graphics on my C3M266-L mobo(bought at Newegg)just weren't cutting it. Since the mobo didn't have an agp slot, I was stuck having to get a pci graphics card. The price for this card was very inexpensive and according to Nvidia's web sight, the gpu seems to be the top end of the geforce 4 mx 440 series. The only thing I don't get is how the card can claim to have agp 8x technology when it's sitting in a pci slot...just wondering. Anyway, very smooth 3d graphics using either dx or opengl. Unreal tournament runs without a snag on 800x600 res, and the DVD playback is good too. A buddy told me that maybe an ATI Radeon 9100 would have been better because it uses 128 bit memory path, but this card seems to get the job done for a budget card in a budget system (celeron 1400mhz w/ 512 mb's of DDR pc2100).
