4 out of 5 eggsGood but not too good

Pros: Very quite and has never overheated or gotten hot for that matter. Good reponse from games that arent too demanding.

Cons: Doesnt hold up under the pressure even when overclocked.

Other Thoughts: It was a enough of an uprgade from my old card to play some newer games at better graphics levels, but couldn't hold up to World In Conflict even at the very lowest graphics setting.

4 out of 5 eggsAlright card.

Pros: Solid GPU, better than my old card!

Cons: None at all so far!

Other Thoughts: Saving up for 8800 GTX, this was a good in-between card.

5 out of 5 eggsFuzz and the fix

Pros: Amazing low power, low profile card. The adapter (sold separately) fit like a glove and provided DVI & D-Sub.

Cons: Shielding on the D-Sub cable does not exist. An internal USB or Firewire cable was against the analog video cable and was the cause of fuzz and on my LCD monitor. Re-routing the USB & Firewire cables fixed the fuzz & scan line problem.

Other Thoughts: This is by far the lowest power hungry GPU around and perfect for many slim/low profile cases. Many of these cases come with a fixed PSU and keeping a watch on power is important. Using a Kill-o-watt meeter power usage increased just 12W.

3 out of 5 eggsGeforce video cards

Pros: I purchased this card last February, because I knew that the products from Nvida were good products used them for years. anyway the good news was the price you can't beat it with a stick and it was a pci express card no less. Now the bad news!!!!

Cons: This thing got hot. I had to put a pci fan under neither it so it can stay cool while the pc was running. I had 6 80 mm fans it still ran hot. I love the products from tis company but if you plan to get a high end video card make sure you have plenty of vents in your pc because it gets hot.

Other Thoughts: Even though I have built PC's in the past the products that are coming out on the market requires more heat and more voltage to use. Make sure that your motherboard can read it and handle it. I had an Asus p5vdx-2 and the pc temps were always above 50. So buyers be ware.

5 out of 5 eggsXFX 7300

Pros: Cheep this was a good deal for my wifes system Asus M2E-N 570 M/B, Kingston 2 gig 677, XP O/S, she plays some on line games nothing crazy just card games and checks E-mail type of stuff it's O/C at 5%.

No SLI P/S needed to run this card.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: The 7300 it's not for heavy gammes works great for step or a couple step above basic type Home PC If you looking for a full blowen Game type card get the 8800.
I also have A XFX card In my System for about a year now Love it It is a 8800, Asus M32N Deluxe.

4 out of 5 eggsTHRIFTY NICKLE

Pros: I think its a very good buy for the money. I run Battlefield 1942, 2142, and Forgotten Hope with it - It plays and looks very good considering I was using my intergrated memory on a Nvidia 6150 before I purchased this one! This XFS video card has made gaming alot more fun about the only lag I see these days is from my internet connection.

Cons: None...buy it today unless you need Active X10...
