5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: First off, my sympathies to all those who got dead cards. I did not, and I must say I was completely blown away by how amazing this card is. Runs all high-end games out there with no problems at all. I plan on getting another one in the future to SLI, and I know I wont be disappointed.

Cons: Maybe price. Other than that, nothing.

Other Thoughts: Get this video card.

2 out of 5 eggsGood when it works!

Pros: Super fast! Runs Oblivion, BF2, Guild Wars, etc. at highest settings without breaking a sweat! 7000+ scores on 3dMark06!

Cons: Mine died after a month. Started up BF2 and the EA screen had tons of artifacts all over it and the computer froze. After rebooting the artifacts wouldn't go away and Windows would only start in safe mode with a 800x600 resolution.

Other Thoughts: I think that this is a really good card if you don't have issues with it breaking. Seems like there have been a lot of DOAs and such for this particular card.

2 out of 5 eggsDOA

Pros: The packaging was really good.

Cons: The thing showed up dead. It didn't work.

Other Thoughts: I had read other people's thoughts on how this prodoct didn't work long if it did work at all. I thought that it wouldn't happen to me however. I was wrong. Now I have a half built computer waiting for a new graphics card and I go back to school in a weeks time. Preasure.

4 out of 5 eggsNice

Pros: I did look at the other reviews about people saying the card dies but I took my chance with this. this is a great card i left it on for 7 days straight running full graphics X16 X4 and see no problems with the card.

Cons: This card is huge. If you are going to order it ask for a smaller head sink. Some day if I do sLi I don't see how im going to put 2 of these cards in it will be a tight squeeze. Be sure to check the complete bottem of the box for the Adapter and power cord.

Other Thoughts: At first I thought the card was so huge it might hang from the mother board but once you screw it on it stays put

1 out of 5 eggsWait for a 2nd generation or go ATI

Pros: Wicked fast, crisp graphics...

Cons: ... before it dies. Aparently nVidia messed up.... See:

Other Thoughts: I had the card for two months, ran like a dream. I didn't even need to overclock it, yet after playing some Doom3, the card starting producing artifacts one night and then rebooted. Windows came up with all these artifacts and lines. Just wait until nvidia fixes this with a new version or get an ATI.
