5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Dual DVI, easy installation, low power consumption, runs recent games quite well. Best cost/performance ratio for AGP cards.

Cons: AGP means it is expensive, especially for old technology.

Other Thoughts: I bought this to replace a 9800 and to add some life to an aging AGP rig. I must say that this card does its job admirably, despite the price. Team Fortress 2 and Portal look excellent, and it can also run the Call of Duty 4 demo with most bells and whistles turned on at a relatively smooth frame rate.

If you have an AGP PC and want to run the upcoming and current hit games without spending an arm and leg on a video card, this is the best bang for your buck.

5 out of 5 eggsNice upgrade

Pros: Upgraded from GF 5500, what a difference! although the 5500 was pretty good in its time, too. Went right in without a gliche as with most nVIDIA's.

Cons: $$$ more than I wanted to pay for AGP tech, but with the $20 rebate & performance boost to my aging system, I don't feel like I wasted money. XP sucks with it's 3 day reactivation though.

Other Thoughts: I recently built a new computer for my wife with a GF 7900GS PCIX. This card saved her from me swapping computers with her!

5 out of 5 eggsGood AGP card for moderate system

Pros: As usual Newegg shipping rocks! Card was packaged good, everything was there. Graphics are good, power consumption isn't too bad and the cards temps are very consistent. Good step up from my 6600 gt card, and not so overpowered as to outrun the rest of my old 2.8 pentium system.

Cons: Didn't come with a game...

Other Thoughts: Good AGP card for a decent price. I really wanted an 1950 pro.... But it would have been overkill for the rest of my dated system.

5 out of 5 eggsGREA BUY!

Pros: Great card for the money! Works perfect right out the box, I didn't have any trouble during the installation.

Cons: NONE!

Other Thoughts: Plays CS:Source on the highest setting on my 4+ old system. Can't wait to run dual monitors! P4 2.8GHZ, 2G PQI Ram, ASUS board, 500watt PS.

5 out of 5 eggsA+ AGP card for the value

Pros: AGP slots are getting out dated and for those who do not want to spend big $$$ upgrade, this is a good solution for your dying AGP mobo. Plays my games with max settings, company of heroes and WoW to name a few. Nvidia also has good application drivers as well compared to ATI in my opinion. I've always had an ATI but with all the reviews i've heard about the heating problem, I've decided to try out Nvidia and I am glad i did.

Cons: None so far... hopefully stays that way.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Great card. I'm only running a 300 watt power supply and I'm not having any issues. Really kicked the life back into my system. I'm playing BF2142 at 1024x768 without any issues. Portal and Episode two look great with no lag. I was running a 9600xt

Cons: none

5 out of 5 eggsGreat buy

Pros: Was easy to install, worked just fine with my 350W power supply (I measured 12.6V on each wire of the pair so if you read about the 18V requirement you should be ok if you get 2x12V from a 350W power supply). Driver installation was very easy. I don't use the card for gaming so no comments on that. All I needed was crisp image for my 24inch display at 1920x1200 DVI and I got an excellent picture from that card. I'm totally satisfied.

Cons: I haven't found any.

Other Thoughts: Great card for the money, image is fantastic at 1920x1200.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: This card seems to be a good upgrade for my system. 3Dmarks are 1/3 higher than my old card.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: This card runs cold compared to my Ti4200 and not any noisier. Was worried I might have to upgrade my P.S.(400W Antec) but it doesn't seem to draw any more power than my old card, on a loaded down system

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Seems to be a great card for my old loaded system. Doesn't seem to draw any more power than my Ti4200 and runs much cooler with the same amout of noise. Benchmarks improved about 1/3. Also XFX support is great, I had a question and they got right back to me. I'm really happy with it.

Cons: None so far until I get a chance to do some more gaming.

Other Thoughts: Shipping isn't what it use to be. I orderd on a Friday night, and didn't reieve until the following Friday. Would have been Thursday but there was a mixup with my area code.

3 out of 5 eggsDon't waste money on AGP

Pros: Decent card for an AGP board; keep your old system alive a while longer.

Cons: You are paying 50% more for an older, outdated technology. This is a good time to upgrade.
