5 out of 5 eggsTo the guy with the clocks problem

Pros: Check your PSU, I wrote a guide on it if you type in ,"how to check your psu so easy a bunny could do it" into google, without quotes and mine should be the first up. It sounds like your PSU can't kick the video card into the higher clocks. I have never had a problem with this card! It's freaking fast!!! I can max out anything @ 1680 including Crysis with AA!!!

Cons: It's too cheap too many people are getting it!

Other Thoughts: VERY FAST, Sub $400 gaming PC includes this guy now.
E5200 by intel @ 3.9, 4GB DDR2 by OCZ @ 1050ish. And a signma shark PSU will put you at about $400 for a PC that will dominate every game.

2 out of 5 eggsHmmm.....

Pros: Runs crysis warhead maxed out, runs cooler than expected in an antec 900, looks AMAZING

Cons: Getting freeze-ups while gaming at standard clocks! first it was a purple-ish screen, then a pixelated purple screen, and this last time it was a green freeze-up. i have lowered the clocks to 650mhz core and 1150mhz mem and the freeze-ups have stopped a little, but what is the use of a factory overclock that is unstable???

Other Thoughts: if i can get the lock-ups to stop without lowering the clocks much, then this will be a very worthwhile buy. as always, newegg was fast and im sure, if necessary, their customer service will be very good.

5 out of 5 eggsto the guy who posted the first review

Pros: I haven't got the card yet. But, what he said is true. I ordered it just because of him. Every place you research XFX and Evga are the best in terms of customer service. But, the only problem with re certified. Is that EVGA does not cover it over 3 months. XFX does it for a year. I'll probably upgrade before then anyways.

Cons: Never got anything from newegg early.... It's always order Friday get it next friday with 3 day shipping.

Other Thoughts: Goto google and type in what is the best gtx 260 card. And you will see that this card is it, outbenching even the GTX 280 in a lot of cases.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat company, Excellent Support, Product

Pros: Quality product, stable to overclock (740/1140) and doesn't run as hot as I thought (67 C full load with fan on 80%)
When not 3D gaming, I set the fan at 40% and the GPU stays at 55 C. I'm happy with the fan, barely audible and more on the silent side than my EVGA 8800 GTS 512 which died after 120 days.

Cons: The fan at 80% isn't that load but isn't that quiet either.

Other Thoughts: If you're buying recertified, I recommend XFX as they offer a one year warranty. I purchased a recert EVGA 8800 GTS 512 in January with 1 90 day warranty and this week, it failed and EVGA refuses to provide support other than saying "buy a new card, that one has no warranty" so I lost $120 which teaches me never to buy EVGA again!
