5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Runs my games at high-full settings without too much complaint. L4D1, L4D2, HL2, Fallout 3, etc.

Cons: It's big and blocks off half the computer's airflow, so an Antec 300 with a bunch of 120s really helps with that. Size can also make putting hard drives in a fun experience.

Other Thoughts: Knew I was getting a big card and XFX has always been a great company to work with. Haven't had this card give me any troubles.

1 out of 5 eggsXFX lifetime Warranty is Bull

Pros: Good card does work as advertised

Cons: I have purchased cards From XFX due to the double lifetime warranty. One of my two GTX 260's in SLI died and brought my entire system down. Five weeks later i received an ATI HD 4870. I wrote back three day ago asking what they expected me to do with that incompatible card? I have received no response. It seems they do not have a clue.

Good luck collecting on this warranty in the short term much less for life.

Very disapointing at best.

Other Thoughts: If XFX wants to resolve this before I make this post everywhere, refer to ticket number 319231.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Worked perfectly right out of the box.
A lot quieter than I expected.

Cons: A monster of a card. Make sure you have the room. It is about 11 inches.

Other Thoughts: Matches my AMD Phenom II X4 955 w/1280x1024 resolution to play Bad Company 2 on high settings. Medium for Multiplayer though, frame rates over beauty.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Card

Pros: Very nice card. Runs almost anything I can throw at it. Ran Crysis on high. Choked on Shattered Horizon, but was to be expected. Running it on a 550 watt power supply with a

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Runs quite hot compared to other cards that I'm used to. ~74C when playing Crysis or Left 4 Dead 2. Did some research to determine it's safe up to 105C at the very most.

4 out of 5 eggsThis is not a core 216

Pros: XFX has been good to me, the warranty is great and transferable.

Cons: It's not a core 216.

Other Thoughts: Do your homework on this thing, it's not a core 216, but it's a great card with a great warranty. I bought 2 of them to SLI in my new rig. Review sites like Elite B*****ds have done comparisons of the different GTX 260's and show only a few fps difference between the early and new renditions of this card. I wish Newegg would delete the user review of the guy claiming that this is a core 216, but maybe it helps them sell cards?...I dunno.
