great cards
- Pros: Fast frame rates in just about everything except crysis
but i dont have the latest patches installed
- Cons: none except they take up 2 slots

- Pros: performs great at the price, my temps are just fine, never passes 80c and 60% fan usage at stock settings auto fan control
- Cons: i can see it potentially not overclocking as well as other 4870 cards, but this doesn't bother me, it's a good deal
- Other Thoughts: my 3.0ghz c2d (overclocked e4300 allendale) is now the bottleneck in quite a few more games than I was expecting (1920x1080), very impressed
Bad Experence !
- Pros: For the price, it is the best. I got 2 of them with a free 700W Thermaltake PSU.
I don't think it has another pros.
- Cons: 1. Heatsink is the huge cons. All the heat is inside the case. There is no heatsink for the memory chip.
2. Temp reached 95 - 97 degree C easily when I played Modern Warfare 2, even though I've adjusted fan speed up to 80% (it is loud like a tank.) I've contacted XFX support and they said it is within its temp range (I wonder if something can survive at boiling point of water for a long time!)
- Other Thoughts: Today 11/23/09, when I started Modern Warfare 2 at 4PM, I got screen artifacts, then blue screen happened. The machine restarted then the game was good but just for roughly 15 minutes, blue screen happened again. I am gonna to request a RMA after I figure out which card is malfunctioned.
At 2D desktop, it was fine but I couldn't play a 3D game. FYI: I have Modern Warfare 2 and Fallout 3.
@XFX: my support ticket number on your website is 262295. All support I've received are that 90+ degree is nothing to the card.
