Pros: Plays everything maxed out, also great for photo/HD video editing. Easily OC'd via CCC. The best performance for my gaming/video editing rig. No driver issues to speak of here -be sure to download the latest from AMD/ATI's website
Cons: Price, but relative to performance it equals out.
Other Thoughts: Runs Crysis Warhead 1920x1080 on Enthusiast without a hitch. Bad Company 2 Beta looks amazing as well. AVCHD editing is smooth as silk. Fit in my Antec 300 case with no problems whatsoever. My rig is complete with this card, now I can sit back and enjoy it.

Pros: Plays many of my older games (Fallout 3, Dead Space, TF2) at 60+ fps with many features turned on. TF2 is silk and will make you feel like a better player :) I was amazed at the difference between running Fallout 3 in DirectX 9 vs. 10. Absolutely beautiful. This card made me want to install old games just to look at them with everything turned up. Torchlight, which isn't graphically phenomenal, was even improved with less slow downs during busy portions. The card is a little smaller than the 5870 so fit in my midtower fine. Seems pretty quiet but I'm not overclocking it at all. Has an HDMI port (which I haven't tried but nice to have).
Cons: A couple of games aren't running great when maxed. Red Faction Guerrilla (25-30fps maxed) and the Bad Company 2 beta. HOWEVER, RFG is a console port and BC2 is a beta that is defaulting to DirectX 10. Force BC2 to 9x and the frames pop up. As others have mentioned, this is a popular card and the price increase reflects it.
Other Thoughts: I didn't touch the CD drivers. I went straight to the ATI site. Not a millisecond of problems doing so. I wish I had gotten two of them when put my rig together. Sure, everything I am running plays well but.... you know.... could run 20-30 fps better if I had two :) When the supply of these goes up and the price goes down to what I originally paid, I am going to buy another. This is the first time I spent more than $200 on a video card. Worth each penny. P.S. Open box, install, then REGISTER at XFX site. Get your warranty doubled.

Pros: -Very good quality -Plays EVERYTHING -Quiet Pretty much everything about it
Cons: None, other than price, but owell, it's well worth it.
Other Thoughts: This is an amazing card. I can run Cryis Warhead on Enthusiast settings and it is buttery smooth. This is my system to compare and contrast to yours.
