Rating: 3/5Works as intended
Pros: Works as intended. VGA works fine.
Cons: For some reason, HDMI port doesn't always work. Maybe a sloppy connection.
Other Thoughts: Works great, though a bit outdated.

Rating: 1/5Fan died in 9mo
Pros: Did a decent job while it lasted
Cons: Heat-sink fan died after about 9 months - causing all sorts of temperature-sensitive mysterious system crashes.

Rating: 1/5Awful!
Pros: When it works, it works great.
Cons: When it randomly shuts down your system hard and it destroys data being written, it doesn't work so great. XFX's return policy/RMA process is a joke, especially for someone from Canada. I'm going to end up paying almost as much as I did for the card to get it shipped for replacement! The response time from XFX support is extremely bad, they do not have reliable free support for their product even within the warranty period. All in all a horrible experience; I will not be returning this card and I will be looking for something else.
Other Thoughts: XFX shape up your support! If you think your product is good, stand behind it! You are isolating those customers who take a chance with your product, even if it is a rare failing.

Rating: 5/5Runs Cool and fast
Pros: Runs cool in my mid-tower case somewhere around 30-40C. Plays Blu-ray, 1080p games on high for the most part. 1 GB of Vram may or may not make much of a difference depending on what you do but it makes a big difference in displaying 200-400 zombies on screen at once vs my other 240 with 512Mb.
Cons: None

Rating: 4/5INCOMPATIBLE with Inspiron 530
Pros: Great card, low power, good price
Cons: Incompatible with Inspiron 530, do a search on google for "Inspiron 530 GT 240 blue screen"
install of any nvidia drivers, even the latest, results in blue screen after a reboot. Don't ask me how this piece of hardware is incompatible, I didn't believe it at first either.. but many others with Inspiron 530's have had the problem and I'm just one more.. Went with a Radeon 5670 and it worked flawlessly.

Rating: 2/5Less than impressed
Pros: Work well for the first 3 months. WoW at med-high setting.
Cons: Started overheating and shutting down all of a sudden. Fan is spinning very slowly and XFX support has been giving me the run around.

Rating: 5/5XFX Honors their rebates
Pros: btw, I received both rebates from XFX without incident.
Cons: Rebates do take a little while, but they send acknowledgments for every pending rebate.

Rating: 5/5Multiple XFX 240 Cards
Pros: I have three of these cards in three 775 systems. Two are 1GB, one is 512. Matched with G31 ES2L Gigabyte mainboards, 4GB of OCZ 800 memory, and E7500/E5300 Processors. The XFX 240 has a minimum power supply requirement of 350w. (The Gigabyte 240 requires 450w.)
All systems run World of Warcraft, PowerDVD and webstreams perfectly at 720. Great cards.
Cons: Prices are going up....
Other Thoughts: Takes up 2 slots, but only has one pci bracket. Why not just open it up (double-wide external bracket) for extra cooling?
