5 out of 5 eggsWorth it for the average gamer

Pros: I wouldn't say it destroys but this card is able to put most recent games on High/Ultra. At the time I bought it in 2010, I was able to run everything on Ultra-ish. No driver problems and runs two monitors without having to fiddle around with the display settings.

Cons: The fan /can/ be loud if you increase the setting. It does run hot depending on the game but it still works well.

Other Thoughts: Consider buying a HD6950 instead of this as the x770 Crossfire setup seems to be a dead end.

5 out of 5 eggsBeast!

Pros: *No hassle with install or drivers.
*Works with Vista 32 Enterprise (don't ask...) so pretty sure it will do just fine with any other recent OS.
*Was able to play Crysis, Black Ops, Star Craft 2 on highest settings and game play was super smooth.
-Just played Crysis 2 on very high settings (highest is extreme) with awesome frame rates.
*Runs surprisingly cool

Cons: *I sometimes notice a delay in screen start up but it really isn't a big problem
*Pretty large card so make sure you have enough room

Other Thoughts: If you need a single slot card, this is a must buy!

1 out of 5 eggsDisappointing Card Expected Better

Pros: It's a nice card in the sense that it only takes up one slot. It was fast while it lasted (which was approximately 1.5 months).

Cons: Based on the my experience, the card is not durable nor does XFX have good QA/QC. It seems there were many complaints regarding this particular card.

Other Thoughts: I have since replaced the card with an eVGA GTS 450. So far so good. I know........famous last words.

5 out of 5 eggsFantastic

Pros: Slim profile, reasonable power consumption, great great great performance.

Cons: Installing the Catalyst Control Center from the included disk on Win7 was a little dicey - had to fully uninstall it before re-installing it from ati's website.

Other Thoughts: Runs MW:Black Ops all out (1920x1080/trilinear textures/8x anti-aliasing/full anisotropic filtering) at ~60 frames/second. I can't benchmark it against its dual-wide counterpart, but it's pretty impressive by today's gaming standards.

4 out of 5 eggsRuns hot for me, but works fairly well.

Pros: I'd have to say this cards ability to have three monitors might really come in handy. I do sound recording as a hobby, and bought a new 21.5" LED Samsung for gaming, and video, etc. I have my sound recording equipment hooked up and this card really performs well.

Runs great in Battlefield Bad Company 2 as it should. Notice a few lag spikes, but could be due to internet, haven't quite figured it out yet.

I can run video conversion software, BFBC2, or Day of Defeat: Source at the same time, and it plays lag-free.

Cons: It runs fairly hot for me. Since it's in an apevia xQpack, modded recently with one 80mm side case fan, it still runs hot. I have my sound card next to it, but that shouldn't block too much air. Idles at 55C, maxes out between 75 to 80C.

Power supply is tight to the top of the card, not sure why it's getting as hot, unless the PSU is blowing hot air on it, which it shouldn't be.

Screen Jitters at times, and certain models in games used to turn into a filtered brown color in very short flickery spasms.

Didn't notice a huge difference from my old XFX 256-bit, 512mb, 9800GT.

Other Thoughts: Great card, single slot in a mATX case stuffed to the brim with goodies, guess I need to upgrade the case for better airflow, and change the thermal paste.

3 out of 5 eggsVerdict still out

Pros: I am not sure yet. I dont see enough posts about people who play wow. Hard to get a card that handles all areas of this game well without spending a fortune it seems.

Cons: I should do more research or sadly spend more money.

Other Thoughts: I didnt see much difference from the 9800gt I replaced in highly populated areas of the game and more detail rich enviroments with lots of fire or dense trees etc. This card still seem to suffer at max settings. Anyone with some feedback please post me.
