1 out of 5 eggs

Pros: It's cheap. 1GB runs about as well as some of the mid level Nivda GT. (for a while). I bought it because of the rebate. Figured it was a steal at the price.

Cons: Started having artifact about 3 weeks in, tons of screen clipping issues while running SWTOR, now it's even doing it in the browser and in any program images and getting worse by the second. Sending it back and getting a real graphics card like a GTX.

Other Thoughts: Don't buy it unless your not going to use it for gaming it can't handle the pressure.

Running a Phenom II 4x 3.36ghz
8GB Ram
Vista 64.

2 out of 5 eggsDOA?

Pros: Ran WoW on fair settings for about 2 hours. Was pretty good.

Cons: Worked for about 2 hours? Crashed my computer, took me an hour to get picture on my Monitor. Shouldn't be a problem with the monitor. The cars has a PnP slot, they wouldnt put a PnP slot on a Gcard if it couldnt cooperate with it. -Marking as DOA. Sent back for a Replacement, RMA turned to a refund. For the extra $30, its worth getting a HIS Radeon HD 6750. Obviously a much better choice.

Other Thoughts: Generic PnP monitor
4G Ripjaw Ram. Dual channel
500W Antec PSU
3.2G AMD Athlon X2 Cpu.
Onboard Gcard is an Nvidia GeForce 7025
Constantly crashing WoW.

5 out of 5 eggsRunning great so far.

Pros: For the price you really can't beat it, the card runs great haven't overclocked it or anything yet but after I break it in a bit I will probably clock it up to see what I can get out of it because even if it burns out in a year or two I'll only be out 50 dollars. I've pushed the card pretty hard with some bech mark test and it preforms quite well even with FurMark I was very pleased with the overall results and performance.

Cons: None that I can think of.

Other Thoughts: It's a great entry level gaming card that will handle just about anything you throw at it with moderate to high settings.

5 out of 5 eggsLove this Graphics Card

Pros: 1) Price (under $50 after rebate);
2) Works well with Windows 7;
3) Installation is a breeze;
4) Does not require separate power connectors;
5) Better frame rate and better "Windows Performance Score" compared to NVidia GeForce 7800 GTX in SLI mode;

Cons: Not a high-end card, but performance for the price is the best I have seen (so not really a con).

Other Thoughts: Windows 7 did not like my NVidia GeForce 7800 GTX when set to SLI mode. The mouse cursor kept freezing despite trying the most recent drivers, the beta drivers, older driver versions, etc. Interestingly, 3DMark05 scores only went up about 1-2% compared to 7800 in SLI mode when run on XP on same machine (Intel E6850 processor with 4GB RAM with tight timings). Running on screen resolution of 1366x768, so card is perfect; no need to pay more.

5 out of 5 eggsRebate

Pros: This video card is awesome! I'm not a gamer but it works perfectly in my HTPC. Streaming is flawless.

An earlier commenter stated that the rebate didn't start until Nov. 16. That is incorrect. The rebate spanned the period between 11/01/2011 and 11/15/2011. I bought mine on the 14th, submitted the rebate information a couple of weeks later and have already gotten an email response that said my rebate was being processed.

Cons: None

5 out of 5 eggsGreat card for the price

Pros: -cheap price (43$ after mail in rebate)
-no additional power needed
-runs very quiet (even with 100% fan speed)
-has all ports you could ask for
-love the black finish on the card

Cons: Although, this is a great purchase and has strikingly exceeded my expectations for a low end card, it is actually my second one ( the first arrived DOA, but newegg was very kind enough to replace it very quickly and with excellent customer service). The cards dvi port didn't work properly and some weird flickering occurred, but the vga worked just fine. I will test the hdmi port with a dvi adapter to see if that will work, so i might update that. Also the card heats up to 65-70C while at full load but it isn't really a big deal as long as you have some good air circulation in your case.

Other Thoughts: This card has been able to play devil may cry at 720p with direct x 9.0c with high settings including AA at 50-80 fps haven't tried direct x 10 nor 1080p yet but i assume i would get around 30-40 with the same settings.
Tried brink at 1080p with med-high setting not sure which direct x but it might be 10 getting about 20-40 fps. Also tested left 4 dead 2 and got around 50-60fps at 1080p with all settings at high. I will update this around next month to see if anything else changes. I might also be able to test rage if I have the time.

4 out of 5 eggsGood for those who bought low-spec PCs from Dell, etc

Pros: This was the best combination of performance and price after rebate I could find on a video card that did not require a extra power connector and would not destroy my low-rated power supply.

Cons: No faces will be melted from the performance on this year's games.

Other Thoughts: If you bought a standard mini-tower system from HP, Dell, etc and now you want to play a game that needs some 3d muscle, this would be a good choice. On my 350-watt power supply, with no extra HDDs or anything to suck power, it seems to run fine even under load.

4 out of 5 eggsGood for what I need it to be.

Pros: Low cost, decent performance, and quiet. I run a low-to-mid-range PC and this does exactly what I need it to do for a DX11 card. Replaced a 4650 512MB, got some performance increase as well as the additional RAM. Runs most games just fine.

Cons: Performance is not spectacular; you're getting what you pay for here. If you expect games to run on high or ultra, you'll want to spring for a higher-end card.
