3 out of 5 eggs

Pros: It works. I use 1280x1024 so this card is powerful enough for me.

Cons: Loud fan.

High temperatures.

No crossfire connector, better hope your second card has one if you plan to crossfire.

(nitpick) No PCI-e 6-pin power adapters, but those are a bad idea to use in the first place.

Other Thoughts: This was a huge disappointment that was only partly mitigated by it not being a dud and being cheaper.

The fan has a distinctive whine that is tolerable at 43% fan speed and utterly ridiculous at 100%. Despite the noise, the temperature measures (with fan speed ramping up from 43% to 100%) at 50C idle to 85C load, and some parts of the gpu die reaching 95C at load (load being COD:MW2). Don't run furmark with this card, the temp rocketed up to 90C (with fan at full) in the first 10 seconds with no indications of slowing down and I quickly killed furmark before the card exploded.

It does have a vrm heatsink but there is literally a band of rubber tape between the vrms and their heatsink. You can't take it out because then the heatsink doesn't make contact. I only hope there is some special property about this tape that makes it thermally conductive.

If I had to buy again I would pay extra to buy another card with better sound and cooling properties.

4 out of 5 eggsdecent card

Pros: good card, runs most games with medium settings without issue. put in a box for a friend who needed a inexpensive medium level card.

Cons: one egg removed as the card was significantly louder then I had hoped. louder running games, for general use I didn't notice the fan at all.

4 out of 5 eggsSo far so good

Pros: Small size, compared to other 5770 models out there.

Cons: Not as quiet as another 5770 model I had at one time.

Other Thoughts: Honestly I got this card for the Dolphin emulator. Most games have worked fine with it so far where they wouldn't work with my old 9500GT. I did install Halo 1 and it played fine on high detail. Size of the card is almost an inch shorter than the specs listed on the site. Fits in fine in my Antec NSK 2400 case and works with the included power supply with no problems.

1 out of 5 eggs2 bad cards, worse customer support

Pros: Newegg is awesome

Cons: First card arrived deffective. Would crash within a few seconds of starting up, even if in the bios. I updated my bios and everything, but same result. RMAed the card to newegg.

Got the second card, SAME PROBLEM. I figured maybe there was something that I could do about it, so I contacted XFX customer support. It took them 5 days to get back to me, at which point all they did was tell me to update my contact information and ask if I could RMA the card to newegg. I responded saying I had already done that once and asked if there was another solution. They took ANOTHER 5 days to respond and their next response just said they had approved my RMA, and I was responsible for shipping costs.

Worst customer support I've ever had by a manufacturer of graphics cards. Between the two sequential bad cards, and the horrid customer support, this was my first and last XFX product.

Other Thoughts: I ended up getting this card as a replacement which works perfect and is approximately the same price.

5 out of 5 eggsNice Card

Pros: Great card, not a huge fan of Radeon, but this card is worth the money. Very Small, fits in my Micro-ATX server.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: Great
