5 out of 5 eggsGreat for movies with HDMI

Pros: Works great with 32" TV. Great picture playing movies thru HDMI cable. Works great with Blu-ray. No problems so far.

Cons: None so far.

Other Thoughts: Purchased for Windows Media Center purposes and for Blu-ray usage. I Have not tried playing games so I have no idea how well it is with games.

Manufacturer Response:

1 out of 5 eggs

Pros: None

Cons: This is the Second Board as rma from first one.
This one would not even do post. Evidently XFX is allowing a poor quality product on the market. No more XFX for me.

1 out of 5 eggsWhat is nvidia thinking

Pros: None

Cons: an 8400 gs is about an equal card minus dx 10.1 support on the geforce 210

Other Thoughts: The past two generations of nvidia's low end cards have all had a memory bandwidth around 8 gb/s which to me it seems it could have been improved a bit.

4 out of 5 eggsFor basic needs it's fine

Pros: Cheap card that can drive two monitors and fit in a compact case (low profile ready card).

Cons: The Nvidia drivers on Linux didn't work properly in a triple monitor setup with two of these cards, like I was hoping for.
The fan was a bit noisy on the second one of these cards - seems there are different revisions of the fan and heatsink out there.

Other Thoughts: I ended up buying an AMD Radeon HD 6770 with 5 display port ports. So far I have three monitors connected without any significant issues.

1 out of 5 eggsSkip this trash.

Pros: none, except the price.

Cons: Thought I was getting a good deal for a cheap replacement card to upgrade from the sadness that was in the machine. I got it, put it in, worked fine for about a couple hours, updated the drivers, rebooted, got to the windows load, then nothing, black screen, tried it on another pc, same thing. Skip this piece of trash and spend a bit more on something that works, also after a few hours of combing tech forums, it seems to be a common problem with this specific card, regardless of the manufacturer.
