2 out of 5 eggsGood card... until your computer goes to sleep

Pros: For the price and after the rebate I paid around $80.00 which is not bad.

This card (6750) is a re-branded 5750 btw but has updated HDMI specs and is low-profile and the fast GDDR5 ram. It's upper middle range and for the money it can't be beat.

The card works great for all of my games at 720p. This resolution is all I need as my 26" monitor is limited to 1280x768.

It can be easily overclocked to the 6770 levels which saves you a little cash and squeezes out a little more fps.

Cons: I am not the only user who has the resuming from standby issue with the garbled/corrupted screen.

I've RMAed the card to XFX who said they did not find a problem. I call B.S on the since clearly I am not the only one who has this issue, you can see other reviewers who have the same exact problem.

I don't know if the new card they are sending me will have this problem so we'll see. They suggested the drivers could be causing conflicts but that is ridiculous. What good is a graphics card without drivers?

Other Thoughts: If this issue persists with the new card this will be my last XFX product. I'll just keep sleep/standby disabled and will have to be more vigilant and remember to turn off my computer since automatic sleep is disabled.

1 out of 5 eggsXFX Card

Pros: Good price

Cons: Bad Customer Support

Other Thoughts: This is my second XFX card. The first one was a HD 5670 775M 1GB DDR5. Nice, good stable card. This one has given me problems since I received it. The display ports stops sending a signal and I have to unplug and rep plug back in or reboot. Contacted support but they send back "canned" support responses. I have had to put the old card back in my system.. I do not recommend

Manufacturer Response:

Please contact our support team for RMA service. We can test the card and replace it if anything is wrong with it. Thank you.

5 out of 5 eggsSweet Spot for GPU

Pros: The HD6750 is best bang for your buck in my opinion being they are as cheap as $100 with GDDR5; granted this particular model isn't the cheapest HD6750...I wanted my XFX lifetime warranty and am patient and will wait for my rebate.
Cheapest AMD 6000 series card with GDDR5.
HTPC combined with FX4100 and am very pleased.
Skyrim auto-detected to HIGH settings.
Plays SWTOR at mid-high settings...low shadows, minimal AA...but still looks great in 1080p on my 47" TV.
Quiet! Glad I opted for this XFX model with the larger open heatsink and fan.
Efficient! Runs great with 500w ThermaTake PSU.
XFire capable.
Stays cool under load. Doesn't break 65*C in my Silverstone GD05B HTPC Case.

Cons: Nay

Other Thoughts: For the budget-minded enthusiast it doesn't get much better.
I wanted some gaming capability out of my HTPC and for $80 after rebate this is where it's at.
Sure it won't MAX out games, but it more than gets the job done.
Compare to $45-$60 HD6450 and it's value really shines.
PowerColor has a passively cooled HD6750, and a Low-Profile HD6750 in case you want literal silence or gaming power in LP form factor.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks Flawlessly

Pros: Plugged it into my board (Cheapo Biostar w/ 870 chipset), installed the latest ATI Catalyst driver, and that was it. No problems getting it to work, like some other users mentioned. Plays SC2 on Ultra @ 1080 no problems.

Cons: Runs hotter and a bit louder than my HIS, but this is running... and my HIS is going in for RMA, so I suppose this con is actually a pro in disguise.

Other Thoughts: The documentation, website, included materials, hell even the box looked really well done and professionally translated. The box is actually so pretty I am hesitant to throw it away, fickle as it sounds.

1 out of 5 eggsDon't bother

Pros: Quiet

Cons: All drivers from XFX, disc and Windows updates couldn't get this to run fluidly.

Other Thoughts: Stick with NVIDIA - Stick with TD as Newegg has become as useless as they once were.

Manufacturer Response:

We are sorry to hear that you have experienced a problem. Please contact our support team at xfxforce.com. We can help trouble shoot the problem. We would recommend staying with only the drivers from xfxforce.com or amd.com and none from any other source. Thank you.

5 out of 5 eggsTrouble for Me, Works Perfect for Friend

Pros: Fast
Cheap
Can run most games stable on mid to high settings, most likely not ultra

Cons: *Didn't work initially for me-Most likely me being stupid and not updating my bios for the past year and a half.....

Other Thoughts: I bought this card for me, but after plopping my card into my i5 machine for crossfire with my 5750 card, I got it to work, but some issues with screens flickering, black screens, blue screens, I was fustrated after a couple hours. I then tried to run it alone in the main 2.0 slot of my Mobo.
But that didn't work. So then rather than sending it to newegg and taking a hit on restocking and shipping(I would have gotten half my money back). I just sold it to my friend at half price. He slapped into into his AMD machine, Bam worked like a charm. Amazing.....

His motherboard is newer(and frequently updated), and I now realized I hadn't updated my bios in a long long time...

Anyway, its perfect and powerful for the price. He is very happy.

1 out of 5 eggsCould be a four egg card, but its not

Pros: A decent card for a decent price. This card was an upgrade from my old card, which is why I bought it. The card works well when the drivers can be installed. If there weren't any driver issues the card would get as high as a 4 egg rating.

Cons: When I try to install the drivers the card causes my computer to blue screen and restart. The only drivers that I have had any success with are the 11.8 drivers. However the 11.8 drivers give me the artifacting after sleeping problem that others have mentioned in their reviews. Their support team also becomes less and less helpful as time goes along (I have been waiting for over a week now for a reply to my support ticket).

Other Thoughts: I ignored the other reviews and told myself that the problems wouldn't happen to me. That it would be a 4 egg card, but it wasn't. When it works it's great, but really annoying that whenever my computer sleeps I'll have to restart it to get it running again. Hopefully soon their support staff will respond to my support ticket and get me a replacement card and then I'll come back and update my review.
