Pros: Works great in older HP a1620n desktop with the Asus P5LP-LE MOBO the ATI 2.0 cards DO NOT WORK.
Great value after rebate.
Allows older PC to use a HDMI Monitor or TV

Pros: Does the job for which I bought it, and that is to play videos on my htpc using hdmi output. Movies play smooth as silk, even 1920x1080 blu-ray rips (x264, handbrake, high profile setting). For the price you cant go wrong.

Cons: Fan started making a loud noise after a month or so. You might want to replace it with a fan-less heatsink, especially if you're a noise hater like myself. That's my reason for deducting an egg..

Other Thoughts: A steal at the after-rebate price.
