4 out of 5 eggsGood Card Bogus Rebate

Pros: The card functions smoothly, silently and runs on the cool side. It handles all my games effortlessly at whatever setting so there is no issue with it. The problem is the bogus rebate offer by XFX. I sent in everything they required and they denied it anyway so even though I like the card I won't be buying anything else from XFX.

Cons: None for the card and the only CON is the phoney baloney rebate offer

1 out of 5 eggsExtremely Disappointed

Pros: When the card did work it would run my games (Tomb Raider, Bioshock Infinite, Skyrim) flawlessly on the highest quality and was very quiet.

Cons: After about two months of using this card the screen would suddenly turn black after the Windows startup logo. There would be a movable cursor but that's it. I tried the card on multiple computers and had the exact same result but when I tried a different card my computer worked fine. Once I uninstalled the drivers then the card worked fine but if I re-installed the drivers then the screen would go black again. The card itself is obviously faulty. I was and am extremely disappointed. It would not be so bad except the XFX company will not reply to the tickets I have submitted and are doing a poor job when it comes to customer support.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Small, perfect for a Mid-ATX case
Runs all my games at max settings.

Cons: none so far

Other Thoughts: i bought this card to fit in a mid-ATX case i had.
it allowed for decent cable management and airflow which is what i wanted.

Ive had this card for 4 months now and have had no problems with it.

1 out of 5 eggsTwo defective cards ...

Pros: I'm not sure there are any. I was unable to use either card for more than 30 minutes.

Cons: 100% Defective. Ordered this card, installed it, and it was defective. Showing little blocks of different colors all over the screen and borders of open windows.... RMA'd it for an exchange - Installed that one today. DEFECTIVE. The exact same issues. Little tiny flashing squares all over the screen. Reminds me of flashing lights on a house during the holidays.

Other Thoughts: Newegg was helpful in returning the first card for an exchange and now this second card for a full refund.

(Also, if you are wondering if it is possible my PCIe slot is the culprit, I have a video card in there now that is working perfectly.)

Manufacturer Response:

Hello Jft, it sounds like you are having a non-gpu related artifacting issue. perhaps your adapter/cable? is it hdmi? contact me at neweggsupport@xfxforce.com

1 out of 5 eggsWas good while it worked

Pros: Good performance for the price. Able to run Skyrim and FarCry 3 on max settings (see my other specs in "Other" section). Quiet, even when on full power.

Cons: Died on my GFs son while he was playing LoL - strange, eh? Wasn't even a demanding game. Card got only moderate use in the 4 months while it worked - mostly LoL and LotRO, some Skyrim, FarCry 3, and Planetside 2... no one's is a hardcore gamer at my place.

Other Thoughts: PC specs: i5 3470, DDR3 12800 16GB, OCZ SSD 120GB, Rosewill HIVE 550W

Manufacturer Response:

Hello, we're sorry for your loss. please contact me at neweggsupport@xfxforce.com to get this resolved. Thank you

3 out of 5 eggsGreat card, but where are my games?

Pros: Great performance, keeps cool.

Cons: Loud fan (not really that much of an issue), tech support leaves much to be desired.

Other Thoughts: I got this card on sale for $165. It seemed like a steal, given that game codes for Bioshock, Tomb Raider and Blood Dragon were included. While the card works great, I'm having trouble redeeming my games. First, my package did not come with a card with the code to redeem the games, and so, I had to deal with tech support. I registered the card, and clicked on the tab to redeem the game codes, only to find that it didn't take me anywhere. The one time I was able to get into the page, I entered all the requested information, only to be greeted with a "invalid code" error. I have emailed tech support with no response after a week. Two eggs were deducted because of the $110 value that I am missing out on.

Manufacturer Response:

Hello, We are sorry you had trouble with your card. If you have any further questions, please contact us at neweggsupport@xfxforce.com. Thank you

1 out of 5 eggsRMA Twice

Pros: It can definitely do what you need it to, when it works.

Cons: I've had to RMA it once already and in the process of RMAing my 2nd one. Graphical artifacting and crashing my PC. I know it's the GPU since other GPU of the same caliber don't cause problems, and I've had the problems follow the card... Not sure if it's just me or if there's something wrong with the model.

Other Thoughts: I'm giving this a 1 out of 5 simply on the RMA problems. Otherwise, I'd give it a 4/5.

Manufacturer Response:

Hello Cinaeth, If you have any further questions, please contact us at neweggsupport@xfxforce.com. Thank you

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Graphics

Pros: This is a great card. i managed to get it on a sale for 159 total. its performanc is on par with other cards that are currently in the 200-230 range.

Cons: 2 year warranty versus a lifetime warranty with XFX's DD line. you get what you pay for though. ill most likely swap it out before 2 years goes by.

5 out of 5 eggsPleasantly Surprised

Pros: Low Power, 2 GB, not ridiculously long, Works great with FX 8320 and ASRock Extreme3 970. Awesome deal getting 2 NEW free games and a $20 gift card along with this purchase. Those alone almost paid for the card! Was waiting on rebate card before I gave positive a review...so here it is!

Cons: Pathetic Cooler... Should've sprung for the one with heatpipes! Won't knock off an egg due to the pricepoint.

Other Thoughts: Great card, bought with the intention of crossfiring for 7970 speeds but I will probably repurpose this for a HTPC and buy a high end 8K series when they come out later this year.
