Does the HDMI have built in audio capability?

The Radeon HD 5450 has audio on the HDMI port and comes with HD 7.1 audio drivers.  My PC has a built in Realtek HD audio chip, when enabled, it will not allow audio on the Radeon HDMI output. It is a either/or situation for me on the HDMI output from the video card or the PC's HD audio out. 
This is not a problem for me, I don't listen to the display monitor's inferior speakers, I always listen to audio through my home theater system.
The 1080p HDMI video is beautiful from this card, a nice high fidelity picture.
This card (GPU) did run hot when processing, I installed a low noise fan in the PCI slot next to it.

you also need to make sure your power supply is big enough. You can go to newegg ..look up power supplys and use the power supply calculater on left hand side of the screen

Yes. These are great low end cards. Not for gaming, but handles day to day tasks nicely. YouTube HD is no problem.

Yes dual monitor support.  Running VGA on 1 display and DVI on another.  Have not tried either VGA or DVI paired with HDMI.  Would expect it to work since VGA/DVI work together.  Don't know how the audio portion of the HDMI would work though.  If just looking for display and not audio, could always get a DVI to HDMI cross over cable to give you DVI output to a HDMI input.  I have another radeon card (not this model but series 3000) that works with the audio as well as running dual displays.  This is a newer model so should work with audio as well.

It will fit slim line hp desktops, it comes with an adapter so it will fit your case with no clearance issues.  Just keep the dust out and itill run fine..   I bought 3 of these for work station builds and they work great...   So far no issues!

Question 6

My onboard motherboard graphics are already supporting 2 monitors and I would like to add another 2 monitors (i.e. 3rd and 4th display units) to my system. Will this video card help me accomplish this purpose? - By the way, I have all the graphics adapter connectors available just in case.

I believe it should work fine, since I used this card for some time to support a similar setup.

I only used 3 monitors total, but it appeared that I could have easily added a 4th. In my case it may have helped that both the onboard graphics adapter and this one were Radeon chipsets.

Question 7

Two questions: 1) My Dell Dimension xps 410 has one PCI Express 16 slot. Is that compatible with this PCI Exspress 16 2.1 card? And 2) Is this card compatible with Windows 8?

PCI Express slots are backwards compatible. I believe 2.0 double the bandwidth of 1.0 so it wouldn't be a fast as if it was in a 2.0 slot. They are just revisions and tweaks, it still works in even the oldest of PCI-E x16 slots. There shouldn't be in Compatibility issues with Windows 8. If it works in Vista, 7, or 8 then it almost always works with all 3.

I bought this card for a Dell Optiplex 755 SFF. The Power Supply wasn't enough. No other Power Supply will work in that system because it's proprietary. The Power Supply was 275 watts. Your system has 375 W PSU. If you run into a problem with a video card, it would probably be a Power issue. For this Card I would suggest 300 W minimum and nothing less so you should be good to go. Keep it mind this is also true of all other cards. The only way to get around that is a really old video card that wouldn't be much better then the onboard.

I'd Google XPS 410 5450 for more information before you decide rather to buy. Like all computers, I could have a strong assumption about hardware but I can never be 100% for every combination of hardware. You should see what other information you can find.

Running 2 monitors on a 400w powersupply, no big FPS demands though . If you are going to be using this card for gaming, I would suggest 500w or more

Yes, it's Intel compt.  You just need to make sure your motherboard has an available PCI Express 2.1 x16 slot.

it wont work as the radion hd 5450 has a ddr 2 1300 fsb ram which is very fast and the hp a820n is a first generation computer with a very slow system bus speed , with  164 pin sdram .you wont get any display
