5 out of 5 eggsAbsolute Insane Value!

Pros: This card is a fantastic deal, extremely great value card. Can play most games (even demanding ones) on high/ultra. Extremely overclockable! Great stock cooler on card that keeps the beast cool! Great design and looks fantastic and very sleek rocking a single black color.

Cons: Somewhat loud, not a big deal for most people.

Other Thoughts: Price to performance on this card is definitely one of the best AMD cards on the market. If you're on a budget I would highly recommend this card!

Current specs:
AMD FX 6300 4.13Ghz (OC)
Gigabyte 78LMT-USB3
Crucial Ballistix Sport *GB 1600Mhz
XFX R7 260X (OC 15% and 1450Mhz on Memory clock)

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Card for the Price!

Pros: Have had no problems with this card, it looks great and runs all my games without any problems!

Cons: Not a problem with the card or XFX, but the 2 free games coupon was expired when I received it and AMD hasn't responded :( Still worth it though!

Manufacturer Response:

Hello,

Thank you for the great review! The Game bundle should have expired on Jan 29th. If you haven't received a reply back from AMD yet, please let us know.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Mid-Grade Card

Pros: -2GB VRAM
-Easy to (slightly) overclock using Afterburner
-Quiet

Cons: -128-Bit Memory

Other Thoughts: Upgraded from an HIS Radeon ICE Q 4670 and this thing aboslutely blows it out of the water

Forgot to send my rebate in in a timely manner so it was 15 dollars more than it should have been, but I still think it was worth it!

Manufacturer Response:

Thank you for the great Review. We appreciate the positive feedback.

If you have any questions about the rebate and have a tracking #, please contact us to let us know and we should be able to over-turn it.

5 out of 5 eggsLet's use R7 260X in XP32!

Pros: Vastly faster than any video card I've ever used. Not going to set any records. Probably not even as good as a 4870. But heck. It runs the nVidia Chameleon demo at 1200fps @ 1600x1200. At least 80fps on everything else I throw at it including the Toy Store demo @ 1600x1200. I don't have anything too spectacular to test, but it certainly does the job.

Cons: AMD drivers are broken. Use Lenovo drivers.

Other Thoughts: I have no particular opinion on this specific brand of card. It's just what looked good at the time. Cooler seems adequate.

Manufacturer Response:

Hello,

Thank you for the great review. The AMD drivers should be stable, please contact us if you are having issues.

3 out of 5 eggsvery unfortunate

Pros: affordable, easy to install, premium design

Cons: I've owned this card for a little less than a month and I have not had any issues until today. I was in the middle of a game and the monitor shut off and the screen flashed black. I could still hear the sounds as if I was in the game but my screen was completely black. I had to turn the computer off and back on. This is the first time this has ever happened since owning this card. I hope this is not a reoccurring issue like others have mentioned already. I will update this review if the issue persists further. Also my card did not overheat or anything it was at 38 degrees when the screen turned black and started flashing.

Manufacturer Response:

Hello,

We're sorry you are having issues with your card. Have you tried another video card or monitor?

Please contact us if you are having issues still.

2 out of 5 eggsr7 260x 2gb

Pros: good gaming performance for the price point

Cons: random black screens, can be once a day or 6 times a day,, xfx customer support refuse's to admit there is a bios issue with the card even though sapphire and asus both released a new bios to fix this issue on their cards. fine print if you return the card to often they void your lifetime warrenty all because they don't want to admit there is a failer with this card..

Other Thoughts: they would rather tell you its your equipment, I got a x99-ud4 mb, and a i7 5820k cpu with a 1000watt psu all brand new, and had same issue on old equipment but they still claim its my gear...that being said, I acctuly like the performace of the card, however its not worth the headache of the random black screen and pc freeze that goes with it. your better off with a slightly less powerful NVidia card that's stable for the price point.. plus they claim they cant refund you for their card if you didn't buy directly from them even though its been 3 months of rma's so cant take it back now

Manufacturer Response:

Hello Playful0, We're sorry you are having issues with your card.

As we mentioned before, we are happy to RMA your card and have it tested. The bios fix's you are referring to may be for Sapphire and Asus 260x, but their revisions and builds are not the same as ours> They have the same name 260x, but the parts are different. This is not a "known" issue, and may be isolated to your card.

Our warranty is Lifetime, if it is replaced, the replacement is given lifetime. The fine print of our warranty is worded in such a way to protect ourselves from GPU abusers who would intentionally damage our cards to exploit the warranty for spiteful intent. We have never used the warranty voiding context of our terms to intentionally deny a warranty, but we reserve it as a right to refuse anyone who we suspect is intetionally damaging our products. We have never had to use this clause.

Please remember: If you haven't tested the cables, monitors, PSU and graphics cards, its not fair to simply blame the graphics cards. Wouldn't you agree?
