Pros: Bought it to replace the graphic card dell throws in standard after I broke a capacitor off during system maintenance. Came in 2 days and I installed it right away. Works perfectly no problems.

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: Don't try to remove fan and heat sink covers on your Graphics card to remove dust. Bad things will happen.

Pros: Works as specified, works great with dual monitors although only one DVI

Cons: It would be better if it had two DVI connectors. Doesn't run too well with 64 bit OS's, but you get what you pay for.
