Big red lulu kebab.
- Pros: Looks gooood. Thats it.
- Cons: Hot as hell. weak.
- Other Thoughts: You have to be a chon to even consider this one at 450 bucks.
Died 6days after the 30 day exchange pollicy
- Pros: It looked nice on the website
- Cons: The Stupid thing died on me just after the warrenty expired... when you pay close to 300$ for a video card you expect it to last longer than 36 days
- Other Thoughts: find something better and les expensive
Not "King" anymore
- Pros: Well,..how do I, or were do I start..... First off, this thing runs well for some games, but not for all games. I've had this card running in my system (System Specs = ASUS M3A32-MVP Deluxe/WiFi-AP; Phenom x4 Core CPU; Corsair Memory CM2X1024-8500C5D, at 1066MHZ) (Got 4 sticks that gives my system 4 GiGs of Mem) since February 2008, and it did okay for the first few months, while dealing with some choppyness in most of my games.
- Cons: Again, as has been in the past, ATI has not been able to fix, or get the kinks out of their "Catalyst" software or drivers. The card runs very hot, and that could be a problem as the card starts to degrade in performance the longer it is used to play games. "I mean it really gets hot". I have a FIVE fan case that keeps everthing pretty cool. But the ATI 3870 x2 apparently over time stated to degrade in performace.
- Other Thoughts: I have purchased a GeForce 512 GTX OC (OverClocker) with 2320 memory, and some. None of my games are choppy at all. I've had the Geforce Card for about less than a week, but I have more confidence in Nvidia cards than I do in ATI cards. So then before ATI was KING, because Nvidia hadn't come out with their version of douple memory yet at the time, and what they had out at the time was almost $1000.00. Now that Nvidia has come out with better Technology to bring their prices down. We can all go back to "Nvidiaaaaaaaa!!!!"
