5 out of 5 eggsRe-review with latest legacy drivers

Pros: - Best 4670 AGP card
- IceQ cooler keeps things cool and quiet
- Legacy drivers from work now!

Cons: - Extremely high price

Other Thoughts: I made a Windows re-install on my AGP system and I'm happy to find out that AMD finally corrected their legacy drivers. 13.4 Legacy work fine with this card, previously you had to use 12.4 because >12.6 didn't have the correct FIDs for this (or any) AGP card and so the installer didn't detect them and the driver install would fail. 13.4 is still old, I know, but at least it works now and you don't have to jump trough loops to get a working driver since AMD no longer lists previous releases on their driver page.

5 out of 5 eggsSpiffy

Pros: It works. Breathes some life into a dinosaur. Possibly the best AGP card around. Looks nifty. Runs reasonably cool. My ancient P4 478 setup kicks some serious....pillow....with this card.

Cons: Drivers. 11.12 seems to be latest stable drivers for Win 7.

Did not magically upgrade my single-core P4 to a dual-core?

Other Thoughts: Found mine on an online auction site for a reasonable price.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat

Pros: Great card that brought some life back, replaced my old 1650x and the performance is 5x better. Runs cool and fits fine in my old case, PSU didn't expect the gfx to use a molex pin I guess so I had to stretch it down abit

Cons: DRIVERS! They're broken. Seriously.

Other Thoughts: For anyone that wants to update use 10.10. They're the latest stable ones and from before when ATI went down unsurprisingly.

5 out of 5 eggsAGP Still Kicking....

Pros: Did what was suggested, Downloaded the AMD AGP Hotfix Driver, uninstalled old drivers, installed graphics card on AsRock 775i65G AGP motherboard with an Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 and wallah!....Ran like a charm and holding it's own against similar PCIe systems...Who said AGP was dead?

Cons: Still pricey for an AGP card...Price went up on card overnight also....

Other Thoughts: A must have to for any AGP system that might be running a Core 2 Duo or Quad Q6600 or Q6700 Intel Processor...

5 out of 5 eggsSuperb Card, Turned a P4 into a gaming machine

Pros: This card is extremely fast. I didn't expect very much out of an AGP card using a Pentium 4, But WOW this thing has me running modern games at max settings. (1024x768)

Cheap too, I got mine on sale for $70 after rebate.

Cons: Price hasn't gone down in the over 6 months since I got it?

5 out of 5 eggsEgg Beater!!!

Pros: card has a high ratio playback on dvds (loads Data quickly) processing images extra quick to my surprise i was a nVIDIA fan of long until i saw ati had a 1GB AGP HD,card now that pretty much says it all right there this has got to be the fastest agp card money can buy i have only owned it for about a week but so far it has out done my previous card which was a BFG Tech 7800 GS OC which is also a great card but it dont have nothing on this ATI card it clearly wins performing in all HD i really wish nVIDIA would show us AGP users some love with a new card for our platforms the way ATI has. not to duke it out between the two but to just plain show us some of there newer technology on AGP platform as well but in the mean time im switching to ATI. performance wise i think its the right thing to do so all you guys running AGP with nVIDIA cards that love there pc games you need to switch ATI has what your looking for you wont be disapointed oh to all that say the drivers Are bad go to

Cons: NOT 1 this card loves my intel machine

Other Thoughts: my system specs are
Intel D875PBZ Mainboard
Intel P4 3.00GHZ@~3.12GHZ (SL8JZ)
IceQ 3 HD 4670
Corsair XMS PRO 3GB 2x512 2x1024 Dual Channel
WD Raptor X (EXT)
Seagate DB 35.3 (BOOT)
Windows 7 Ultimate 32-Bit

4 out of 5 eggsBest AGP video card available

Pros: Fast (for AGP!), display quality is excellent, good price, overall a great purchase.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: The card is a bit large so count on it using the slot adjacent to the AGP slot!

I had trouble with the card on older motherboards, specifically, with the VIA KT333 chipset.

5 out of 5 eggsit's gddr3 memory

Pros: Still running sweet!

Cons: Absolutely none.

Other Thoughts: I already rated this card when I first got it, but decided to make a response to the folks who say their memory isn't clocked as advertized. It is equipped with gddr3 memory modules ; as such, you double the clockspeed (873mhz X 2 = 1746mhz) the stated memory clock. This is a factory o.c. of the reference mem. clock which is 750mhz/1500 gddr3.

Other Thoughts: yeah about windows7 .... this card is made for xp and vista and ATI window7 drivers for this card are kinda shorted like i said i can't download AVIVO its a XP driver for what i understand
