Pros: Quiet (comparable sound levels to the Sapphire HD2600XT it replaced). Onboard HDMI without a dongle. Runs off PCI-E slot without needing additional power. Decent HD video playback. Good airflow due to large fan that exhausts out the back of the PC case (the card takes up two slots, so may be a con depending on your preference).
Cons: (These are almost entirely related to ATI's awful drivers) PC sees the HDMI port as DVI (therefore no sound output) unless you power on your computer AFTER your TV or AV Receiver. 480i video has annoying, intermittent black frames. 24fps video encoded at 1080i has fairly minor issues with dropped frames.
Other Thoughts: I've seen alot of people say you have to disable your mobo's onboard audio to use HDMI. For me, sound over HDMI plays nice with my motherboard's onboard IDT/Sigmatel audio.

Pros: The price - Amazing. The performance - Spectacular. The efficiency - Like none other.
Quiet, Sleek, and Energy Saving. This card is amazing. I play many games on my PC: Assassin's Creed, Trine, Dead Space, Borderlands, Left 4 Dead 2, F.E.A.R. 2 - I haven't gone once under 30 fps with all the settings maxed out. Half of the time I'm popping 40's 50's and 60's. I only have a 350w power supply, and I feared that the card would crash often, but not once has it let me down. A must buy for anyone.

Pros: I bought this video card for my HTPC/Gaming build and I love it! I got it for $60 with free shipping on sale! It has a HDMI port with HDMI 7.1 surround sound that sounds and looks great! This video card outperformed my expectations for gaming by a longshot. I was hoping to be able to play games like Aion, UT3, Silkroad..etc on medium quality at 1080p, but instead I was able to run them all at high quality. I usually get 40-60 FPS on Aion maxed out at 1080p! This card gets a 5.9 on windows index and could get higher if I overclocked it (I don't have the need to do so yet though). This thing also has great cooling that makes it never get too hot. Usually runs around 35 degrees Celsius while surfing the net and playing music etc.. and never higher than 55 degrees Celsius while gaming (so far). Great buy for the money. I would highly recomend it!

Pros: The graphic card runs very cool and quiet. The average idle temperature was around 40c.
Cons: I brought this GPU to replace a Geforce 9600 GSO 384MB memory size, which I brought it for 30$ when it went it sales. I was hoping for at least a decent or better performance increase, but I was terribly wrong. I ran a 3D MARK benchmark test on the HIS 4670 and It received a lower benchmark than the Geforce 9600GSO
Both cards were set to PERFORMANCE SETTINGS. no OC
L4D( max out settings) HIS 4670 - 30-40 FPS Geforce 9600GS0 - 40-50 FPS
Z8 GAMES crossfire HIS 4670 - max i seen was 180ish FPS geforce 9600GSO - Max i seen was 240FPS
I didnt bother testing it with other games. For its price, i was hoping for a better performance.
Other Thoughts: This is not worth the money.
