3 out of 5 eggsgood for 8 months

Pros: it was a great card for the time i had it overclocked very well and maintained low temps

Cons: like title say i had card for about 8 months it worked perfect til on day it would not post. thankfully before my 1 year warranty was up sent card in for rma on 11/17/2010 and her it is a month later and still no word as to when i will get a replacement. if i could do it over i would pick another company.

Other Thoughts: all cons aside its still a great card little high on price still
i paid $399.99 8 months ago

4 out of 5 eggsA pretty good card

Pros: As everyone said before, this is a beast of a card. Runs games great on max settings. The only games I have trouble with are crysis (blame poor coding) and GTA IV (probably need at least 2 GB v-ram to run this maxed out, and it doesn't support SLI).

Cons: Well first I have to say that my card fried on me after 3 months of use. I've always watched my temperatures and kept the system clean, then one day the card just stopped sending image to the screen. I contacted the company HIS uses for RMA and they worked well but it took them almost a month to send me a replacement which is a painfully long wait time.

The second problem is with the fans. The ATI drivers keep the fan at 20% and NEVER make it go higher even when temperatures go up. I have to change the fan speed manually in the options to keep the card cool. Even at 60% speed the fan sounds like my air conditioner. I personally don't mind my computer being loud but this may be an issue for others.

Other Thoughts: Overall the card is great for gaming, but loud and if you are unlucky like me and end up with a bad card you will end up without it for almost a month.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: * Stable
* Fan was extremely quiet when I tested it for a week before the waterblock installation
* Drivers appear to be matured (using 10.4 reference with no issues)
* Good overclocker (using EK Full Cover Waterblock) - 1000MHz Core Clock @ 1.25volts / 1250MHz Mem Clock -- that's as high as I've pushed, she may well go further, but I'm stopping there.

Cons: * BIOS has the CCC locked beyond 900MHz, so when you use a tool like Afterburner to overclock beyond this point, powerplay no longer works on the card (it won't down-clock to 2D clocks when you're not in a game like it should)

Other Thoughts: Plays Crysis in 1920x1200 with everything on Enthusiast and 2x anti-aliasing. Very smooth. Highly recommend this card.

5 out of 5 eggsFaster Than a Burning Chimp

Pros: I don't know where to start. This card just flat rocks. Turn everything onto maximum and it will do just fine. I wanted to play like the big boys and SLI two of them but......WHY? No need to have more maximum (A clear violation of GEEK law, I know.) It was one of the easiest installs and set-ups I've done in a long time. This card will END the old anti-AMD ju-ju once and for all.

DDR5 memory!! Direct-X 11........... I like it.

Playing Battlefield 2 and Battlefield Bad Company 2 maxed out and it won't even break a sweat.

Go ahead and SLI 2 of them......You know you want to do it.

Cons: Absolutely not a single one!

Other Thoughts: I built with AMD stuff long ago and got kind of down on them. Those days are now oficially over. This card is superior to the other big card maker's overpriced stuff in every way. This card is rock-solid, powerful, and priced fair.

5 out of 5 eggsAmazing card

Pros: Not much to say here besides this thing screams, without heating up my room the way my 4870x2 used to. Low idle power too. I think the green team (am I allowed to name them?) got their clocks cleaned this round.

Cons: None so far, I've owned a lot of cards over the years and I've never been so happy with what I got.

Only con - I can't get it to play nice with folding at home (I confess I didn't try for more than 10 minutes)

Other Thoughts: Some brands have the ugliest pictures in the world on their cards, but not this guy. When your case has a window it becomes and issue... but even if it didn't just *knowing* it's there would drive me NUTS. afk taking my OCD meds.

4 out of 5 eggs:D

Pros: Its an amazing card no doubt. It idled at 26c and at full load with fans at 75% it only reached 51c. It runs Crysis warhead full settings NO AA. BFBC2 max settings very well. The amount of power it saves while not gaming and how cool it stays as well is mind blowing!

Cons: Unfortunately it was not even 24hrs before this card started to show artifacts. I got unlucky so i RMA'd today hopefully the service is quick. Stuff like this happens so im not going to give it any less than 4 eggs! But if this happens twice in a row im not going to be very pleased. I dont mind Fan noise,I have my antec 900 full blast 24/7,but this cards fan really is loud but cant hear it if you have head sets.

Other Thoughts: Amazing card just too bad i got a faulty one. Shouldnt stop anyone from purchasing one this thing was a beast when it was working!

5 out of 5 eggsAwww....

Pros: BIG, yes that's a pro for me. This card is nice and looks really good, the back-plate cover makes it so much more easier to install without damaging the product. I can max out every game I play and fold at the same time.

Cons: Don't have enough money for 2.

Other Thoughts: I am not sure why other people are having more heat compared to mine. My card only runs 33c idled and maxed out at 60c along with folding and max setting games.
