5 out of 5 eggsGood Budget Card

Pros: Great price, good card. Great card for part time gamers. I have had no problems, and for the money it is a good card. Certainly there are better cards, but for those of us who dont play the most demanding games it is a great value.

Cons: I have seen slowdown when I turn graphics up all the way on newer games. Is only a con if you want the fastest available graphics and can afford the best cards

Other Thoughts: beats the hell out of any onboard graphics

5 out of 5 eggsGood card, great customer service

Pros: -Great bang for the buck at purchase (2011)
-Excellent customer service

Cons: None, exactly what I wanted for the price

Other Thoughts: The card began to die around 2-3 months after purchase. I contacted HIS and they send me an RMA form immediately and the whole process was a breeze. I can't knock em because it's been my first RMA ever and I have had another HIS card in past that works perfectly.

5 out of 5 eggs huge improvement

Pros: Pugged it in and it gave me 60 fps in any movie where my old car struggled to give me 30

Cons: Since my audio connector is so close to the fan I am now getting complaints of people hearing a buzz when I talk. Te price went up from 89.99 in about a month. And If I were to buy a second one this doesn't include the crossfire cable

3 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Good vid card if you are doing a budget build like i was.

Cons: Its a budget card...

Other Thoughts: Nice and compact. I put it on a micro ATX board where there was very little room. It fit like a glove, not interfering with anything else

5 out of 5 eggsPerfect for CFX Do-Over

Pros: Price. Performance. Compactness. Reasonable power draw.
GDDR5. Well-manufactured and packaged.

Cons: None as of yet.

Other Thoughts: Two double-slot GPUs in an mATX form factor were overheating during gaming, so in addition to adding a 200mm side panel fan these caught my eye as comparable replacements. It appears to have been a good instinct: gaming performance is comparable if not slightly better than the previous setup (these replaced two 6790s).

Along with better thermal performance, the in-game graphics options in Diablo 3 default to Texture Quality High, Physics High, Clutter Density High, Shadow Quality Medium, and Anti-Aliasing and Full Effects enabled. The in-game FPS meter was registering 100+ at 1920x1080. I am thrilled with the results.

Each GPU is designed with two Crossfire connector tabs. I am unsure if using only one suffices, but I bought an extra bridge from a local electronics retailer to utilize both in an attempt to maximze performance.

I did some comparison shopping and Newegg's price seemed to be the most attractive. These cards are listed at $102.30 each at the Big Cat.

In my vast two years of DIY build experience, I am compelled to recommend this product. Get two if you have the means and your system can support Crossfire-X.
