5 out of 5 eggsgood card for the price

Pros: Real great card. It has a super quiet fan and gets the job done. For this price, there is really no other choice. This shipping was fast and I have had an overall positive experience with this GPU. It even comes with a DVI converter for different monitor types, and I loved the fact it had HDMI capabilities. it also comes in a pretty slick package.

Cons: Maybe not as powerful as some other graphics cards on the market, but like I said, for this price it's a no-brainer.

4 out of 5 eggsGood card for the price

Pros: I've had zero issues with this card. It overclocked well and the temps kept below 68C when overclocked during 3dMark Fire Striker benchmark.

Cons: The only con is I didnt get the free Far Cry 3 or Far Cry Blood Dragon with this card. Even though it was purchased during the promotion I guess Newegg decided to not honor the promotion since they were currently offering a 10% off promotion code on the card at the time of purchase.

3 out of 5 eggsGood for When it Lasted, But Horrible RMA

Pros: Ran most games on medium-high settings at 1080p
Quiet (for the most part)
Looks nice

Cons: Fan motor gave out after about 10 months
RMA is going unbelievably slow

Other Thoughts: Buy this card, but from a different vendor. Hopefully you will have better luck than me

5 out of 5 eggsFantastic card!

Pros: Almost silent at default settings without over-heating. Over-clocks easily using catalyst control (love the user defined presets). Plays all of the latest games VERY well (Crysis 3, Bioshock Infinite, CoD Bo2, Far Cry 3 at 1920x1080 on high settings (not on Very High because I'm not an idiot). 200+/mhash on bitcoin mining with slight O/C

Cons: None so far, I'm going to purchase another and toss it in Crossfire. Fan is noisy at higher speeds... but then again, what fan isn't. Pushing the fan to 100% keeps temps down on full load (bitcoin mining, encoding).

Other Thoughts: You can't beat it for the price, and I look forward to using a 2nd for Crossfire.

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent at the price

Pros: Highspeed card with a small profile
PCI-E 3.0 (as usual)
Quiet

Cons: Driver issues occasionally

Other Thoughts: I run two 7970s in my rig and I bought this for my wife so that she could play games like Kingdom of Amalur maxed. It does it very well and everything flows nicely but the drivers could be better. This is Radeon's only faulting point really. Both hers and my cards tend to lock up the display when put to sleep and brought back. The easy remedy is to turn off the sleep and inactive monitor but I shouldn't have to do this. I thought it was a windows problem at first but seeing it happened when I was on Windows 7 and moved to 8 that seems less likely. Her machine is also on 8 and has the same issues. Overall, great card for the money!

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent Value

Pros: Scores a 7.5 in the Windows Experience Index, if that's important to you. It runs any of the games I play (I'm not a big gamer) just fine, including the free copy of Far Cry 3 that came with the card. Also, it was the cheapest 7770 on Newegg when I purchased it, making it an excellent value. HIS customer service was great once I figured out how to reach them.

Cons: I had some trouble physically installing it (hard to push into the PCIe slot), but that was probably more due to my case interfering with the card's metal tabs. Also, after I first installed it, this card did not play well with Photoshop CS6: the colors were WAY off, and I think another reviewer here had similar issues with CS6 (see other thoughts). Also, HIS's website does not show the latest AMD drivers for this card.

Other Thoughts: HIS's website listed AMD Catalyst 13.1 as being the latest driver version, and this configuration caused my problems with Photoshop. To access HIS's customer service, I had to register for their Kingdom of Gamer website, and once I did I was able to submit a ticket. They got back to me within 24 hours and told me to download Catalyst 13.4 from AMD's website. This driver fixed all my problems with the card, and now everything is peachy keen.

1 out of 5 eggsWorth far more than what you pay

Pros: Wow, after the time ive had with this thing, wow, (sorry i had to put this in the 1 egg section, this must be read) I have nothing bad to say, i give it a 10/10, cost to performance it pays out, i use this unit as my sole gpu, it stands alone and runs my 2 screens flawlessly (ones a TV), but the kicker is how long its been working, since cyber monday! MOMSTOP!, i have not shut of my build, its been running since assembly, so for 130 bucks you get 5 months of nonstop runtime + some , if the time comes where i need another ill have no issue making that purchase, i do not OC my build for warrante reasons ( i honestly dont need the extra performance) but it does what i need it to do, and between the looks, price, and durability, only a fool would pass this GPU up, when i get the money, i will buy my second for crossfire, but honestly, i dont need another, it does such a good job as is.

Cons: i wish i had a better view of the heatsink the design is so cool that its a shame it faces down

Other Thoughts: i guess ill list my everrunning build , all in a c-70 case
msi 990fxa gd80 MOBO
amd 6100 six core cpu cooled by h 100
this gpu
corsair ram and 750 wat power supply
wd raptor HD

its a grat build for the price, honestly havent turned my computer off since i built it, im 5 months strong

5 out of 5 eggsCrossfire :)

Pros: Just picked up my second one, awesome card, especially when using 2 of them. The graphics are crisp, smooth, and clean in Crossfire mode. Bench marked them, High FPS 100 low FPS 60-70. I have mine oc'd at 1090 MHz 1300 MHz with a BPL at 5% using HIS iTurbo.

Cons: None so far!

Other Thoughts: I am running Ultra settings at 1600x900 in BF3 Premium. When playing, temps rarely get above 48 degrees Celsius.
