5 out of 5 eggsGreat Video Card

Pros: This card is the best card I have ever bought. It will play any thing out there and stays very cool too. The highest I have ever seen this card get is about 50c in any game.

Cons: The first two free games are great. The Cry Far Blood Dragon can't tell you what it is about because the code that I got is no good. It has about 2 weeks fighting with Amd support to get it to work still nothing. They are the ones that sent me the code on the this game. Now they want me to prove to them I really bought this card.

Other Thoughts: I will still give it 5 eggs because the card is great and AMD support sucks.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Great Video Card, Able to handle any type of "GAME" .

Cons: NONE

Other Thoughts: The only thing for me is trying to find a second one which from what I can see is going to be a problem being that Newegg is out of stock..

4 out of 5 eggsEhhh, not bad.

Pros: * Plenty of ports. I run 2x DVI monitors, so this was good.
* HUGE upgrade from my previous HD4850s.
* IceQ is great. Keep the cores very cool.
* Averaging 41deg (C) under moderate load.
* Easy install (except having to relocate my HD's)

Cons: * Big is an understatement. I took a star off for this fact.
Installed this in a Thermaltake Armor MX+ case. Had to remove the HD bay. All the technology out there and the cooler has to be THAT big?
* Glitching. I am not sure if it is something I did, or drivers, or what, but my primary display keeps bouncing from time to time like there is something running in the background.

Other Thoughts: * HIS iTurbo over-rides AMD Vision. you can set your fan to spool at different speeds at different temps.

4 out of 5 eggsgreat card...i think

Pros: card is giving me great results for the most part

Cons: I'm experiencing the same driver problems as the other guy. CPUZ and 3dmark both say nothing about my cards details. and when i overclock it to the card limiter i get plenty of stalls and screen glitches that result in a system restart.

Other Thoughts: I'm running on a core i7 3770k OC'ed @ 4.7Ghz and 32GB of pc1600 ram. My 3dmark is giving me a p7418 score when i have it over clocked just shy of it glitching. I'm not sure if thats a proper score for my system.

Sent in RMA but dont know if to replace the card or exchange for another

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Graphics Card

Pros: This card is great I would recommend this card to anyone with a decent budget. It can run every game I own at ultra setting such as the Tomb Raider or Bio Shock Infinite!

Cons: This card is very large make sure you find out if it will fit in your case.

Other Thoughts: I personally bought two of these, but one still runs any game at ultra setting (I tested it).

5 out of 5 eggsGREAT CARD

Pros: fast, cool, quiet, crushes every game I throw at it, runs them on ultra or high settings

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: To the guy who complained about the "FOAM"

1. The foam that the card is packed in is in fact ANTI-STATIC

2. HIS does NOT use static causing foam to ship cards in

3. The way HIS packed and shipped this card was just about the best I have ever seen a manufacturer ship a video card in, the card came embedded in a carved out piece of foam that it sat inside protecting all sides/top and bottom, I even used this foam to pack the inside of a customer's computer that I built and shipped it from CA to NI with five days of abuse Shipping! the computer arrived in perfect condition to my client, it's a bummer your card came defective, but it happens and it was not the foams fault

5 out of 5 eggspowerful card

Pros: To the guy who complained about the "FOAM"

1. The foam that the card is packed in is in fact ANTI-STATIC foam

2. HIS does NOT use static causing foam to ship cards in

3. The way HIS packed and shipped this card was just about the best I have ever seen a manufacturer ship a video card in, the card came embedded in a carved out piece of soft foam that it sat inside protecting all sides/top and bottom, I even used this foam to pack the inside of a customer's computer that I built and shipped it from CA to NB with five days of abuse Shipping! the computer arrived in perfect condition to my client, it's a bummer your card came defective, but it happens and it was not the foams fault

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: cool, very quiet, runs everything I throw at it on or near ultra settings

2 out of 5 eggsA Flashy Card that Fell Flat

Pros: The card looks very nice, and the extra cooling on it probably means it would have run well, if it had run. 4GB, 256-bit, means a lot of power but a limited rate of exchange compared to some other cards. Still, it would have handled, in theory, anything out there right now with pretty good results.

Cons: The packaging of this card within the box was abysmal. Though it was housed securely in foam, it had little to no static-free protection, which is why I suspect it failed.

The card is also gigantic. The casing over the card itself is about an inch and a half longer than it needs to be due to extra but unnecessary cosmetic frills added to it. This adds weight and size that may strain the motherboard connection in the long term without some kind of secondary support to the card. If you have a motherboard with the SATA in-ports on the bottom (below the PCIe port), you may be in trouble because they will either need to go behind the card (contacting the motherboard!) or over the card (stretching them to their limits for a standard length cord). Once again, most of this could be resolved by simply trimming down the unnecessary plastic cosmetics.

The final objection I have to the card is that it came with almost no accessories. The box contained the driver disc, the instruction manual, a DVI/AVI dongle, and a crossfire connector. That's it. No power adapters, no Display Port to HDMI adapters, not even an additional branded stick or door hanger. Luckily, I have a modular PSU, so it was easy enough to switch out the power cords I needed.

Other Thoughts: The card came to me already defective. The drivers didn't recognize the card, and the card itself returned massive amounts of artifacts and freezing to my monitors. I suspect a failure in one of the components on the card either due to poor packing or static contact to the card.

I RMA'd it to Newegg, to find it was out of stock, and that made me have to jump through a lot of loops to get a different card. Newegg took care of me, so no complaints there. I just wish this card itself would have worked.

5 out of 5 eggsNot Too Shabby

Pros: well this is the first moderately higher end graphics card Ive ever owned. last card that was any good was a 6850 3 years ago. and that card got the job done. my laptop that i just replaced with my new desktop "happy valentines to me" was a i7 with a GT540m. it got the job done. ive just always been a AMD Desktop kinda guy. intel does a great job but bang for the buck ur not gana beat it. was gana go with the 8350 but i really just did not need that much. now i have this 7850 over clocked just the slightest bit and it has not stuttered on anything Ive thrown at it. stays very cool don't even hear it wind up on SC2 on Ultra. BF3 Ultra. DIII maxed.

Cons: its fairly large. i have the cooler master 430 case and there is about 1'' of clearance from the front of the card to the HDD bay itself. card kind of sags. using the 20pin to kinda prop it up from underneath.

Other Thoughts: been a while since ive built a desktop. i was gana order two of these. two will not fit in mid ATX tower. FYI unless u go with top mount PSU or a larger case. for the price u wont regret it
