This review is from: HIS IceQ Boost H250Q1G Radeon R7 250 1GB 128-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 CrossFireX Support Video Card
Pros: IceQ cooler works well, keeping it around 50 degrees full load, 60 degrees overclocked to 1154 Mhz. Runs all modern games at 1080p and decent settings (not full ultra high). Fan is pretty quiet even at 100%. Got 2954 on 3DMark11 Performance test (overclocked), and gets smooth frame rates on all games at 1080p (not sure exactly, wasn't measured). Works great for all of my gaming needs, as a hardcore games that doesn't really care about getting ultra high graphics on all games. Included software is easy to overclock GPU and memory.
Cons: One thing is that unlike older IceQ coolers, in this one, even though it is lifted off the board in order to supposedly draw air from both sides of the fan, the fan is enclosed on the bottom side so this actually doesn't happen! Seems like a knockoff version of the real IceQ coolers, put in to make it look nice and bump the price $10. Docked one egg for this.
Other Thoughts: I would recommend buying the regular version of the R7 250, I don't think the IceQ makes too much of a difference. But overall a great budget gaming card, lets me play all the games I want in pretty nice settings.
