5 out of 5 eggsServed me well

Pros: * Runs cool
*runs quiet
*overclocks well

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: I've had my HIS r9 270 for about 2 and a half years now and just replaced it for a more powerful r9 390 but this card served me well. Never gave me any problems and took a serious pounding. Would recommend to people looking for a mid range card if you're looking to run less intensive games. Good job with this one HIS.

5 out of 5 eggsSurpassing expectations

Pros: It only requires one 6 pin connector, and in my experience can overclock stably to 1150Mhz core clock but only while keeping the memory clock at preset. I have a 1680x1050 monitor and can play new tittles completely maxed-out. The cooling is pretty darn aggressive, in a cool room this card will stay cool, under heavy load - for me in the 60C range, OC'd and playing a game at highest settings.

Cons: The iTurbo software just isn't as full featured as MSI afterburner.

Other Thoughts: I found the newest MSI Afterburner Beta which has an option to extend overclocking beyond CCC restrictions. I played around and found out my card can go up to 1150 Mhz core stably if the core clock is left at 1400 Mhz. The benchmark results surpass the 270X by a good margin.
I've past the one month point, and the card is still going strong.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat cooler, great price

Pros: I'm very happy with this purchase. This cooler on this card is very good for an OEM unit. I have this card overclocked (currently) to 1100 core/ 1440 mem, and I've never seen temps go above 60C. I'm using a Phantom 820 case, so decent airflow, although I don't think this cooler would have a problem keeping this card cool in a low-airflow case either. This card maxes all the games I play (SC2, War Thunder, Batman Arkham Asylum, etc). I also run Stanford's Folding at Home program any time I'm not gaming. While folding, this card doesn't go over 52C and gets ~55K ppd. Again, overall, very happy with this card.

Pros:
Great cooler
Small footprint so it would fit in smaller cases
Price/performance is amazing
Overclocks really well with stock cooler

Cons: My only complaint would be the included iTurbo software. It's not that it doesn't work, it does, it just doesn't have the functionality of other programs available like MSI Afterburner (which is what I use). Anyone wanting to overclock: use another program.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat card

Pros: Card does not get too hot, very quiet and a nice design.
Runs very smoothly, with no need to overclock.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: Bought this for my 'cheaper' somewhat of a gaming rig and it has been amazing. I'd recommend this to anyone.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks as it should

Pros: It only requires one 6 pin connector, and in my experience can overclock stably to 1500Mhz memory clock, 1050Mhz GPU clock.

Other Thoughts: I've only been using the card for about 2 days now, hopefully this card will have a full life-span and not die anytime soon.
