1 out of 5 eggsBad driver or Card

Pros: Crazy Fast

Cons: Maybe bios is too overclocked. No way to change that
Crashed multiple times when running several graphic intensive games!!! That's a deal killer!!!

5 out of 5 eggsAmazing Graphics Card!

Pros: This is sitting in a NZXT H440 case. Stays @ ~40*C while idling (dual monitor, teamspeak, browsers, netflix, steam). While playing Arma 3, Heroes of Newerth, or Diablo 3, it only gets to 60*C and a max of 67*C. Stays insanely cool. This is also pretty quiet, since the card runs cool the fans never spin up too fast. Has a huge heatsink over the whole thing.

Cons: Not a con, but it's huge!! Had to remove one of the hard drive bays to fit it in my case. Which is no problem since I onyl have one 512gb. SSD.

Other Thoughts: The box it comes in looks lame lol. But the box inside the box looks sick.

5 out of 5 eggsMuch Quieter than other R9 290 cards

Pros: Very Quiet, especially for a 290, quite quick as well

Cons: It does vent a fair bit more heat back into the case compared to reference designs.

Other Thoughts: This card is an excellent value for the money, the dual fan is much quieter than the reference cooler design though it should be noted that this card also uses 2x8 pin pcie power connectors instead of the 2x 6 pin used by most other cards.

4 out of 5 eggsTypical R9 290 but cooler

Pros: Runs cooler than reference GPU
much quieter than the standard R9 290s, even at full fan speed.

Cons: It was a little finicky getting it installed and configured. I think I have it resolved now but I am also crossing my fingers. This is not unusual for the R9 290s from any company.

Other Thoughts: This card requires 2 8 pin PCIe power connectors and after dealing with some issues I thought were the motherboard I found that I needed to use to separate ports on the power supply, each with the 8 pin connector. If I connect another GPU to the same power cable, even using the 6 pin cable my system will not boot. I have a Gold level 1250 Watt PS from a quality manufacturer. Keep this in mind if you choose to buy one.

Also, it has a higher profile so space could be a problem not only front to back but top to bottom in smaller cases. This is the price you [pay for big quiet fans to cool what would otherwise be a very hot running GPU.

For miners, this runs at about 73 degrees overclocked and high intensity. The fans remain quiet even though they may be running at 80%.
