1 out of 5 eggsWarranty not honored

Pros: Bought this in 2011, worked great until it recently died.
Product was advertised with a three year extended support.

Cons: Manufacturer claims to be unable to verify my product registration, even though I've given them a PDF of the invoice and also an email of the Rebate registration, of which both shows proof and date of purchase which falls within the extended warranty period.

Other Thoughts: Works good until it dies, then you get no hardware repair despite invoice and rebate registration as proof.

2 out of 5 eggsBad Customer Service

Pros: This card is AWESOME!!!! (when it works) Fantasic HD Graphics. Made my gaming experience 10 times better on STO and World of Tanks. Easy to install and download drivers, easy to setup multiple monitors, simply one of the best cards I have ever used.

Cons: 39 days after my purchase I would log into my games and as soon as I got into the game my computer rebooted. Over the next couple days things got worse. I contacted New Egg and of course it is past 30 days so they will do nothing......I was given the number for Galaxy Tech Support. Once I was able to actually get a person on the phone (Fred) it started to go down hill from there. I was given several tasks to perform to test the card with Fred telling me my CPU may be over heating and not this card. I ran their video tests and downloaded the recorder they wanted me too. Then I said to myself, "Self, just try the old card" I was back to gaming with my old card. I called back and got Fred....again. Now he is telling me my PSU may be bad. Now more testing....I am not an IDIOT, I know the card is bad, I simply want it replaced, repaired or refunded. But they would rather have me disect my whole computer instead of simply fixing the issue, a bad card. My computer has run great over the past few years and I buy a new video card and then I have issues.....

5 out of 5 eggsGreat cards for the price

Pros: Purchase 2 of these for a gaming system and couldn't feel better about it. Ran everything smooth and gave me a 7.9 in window 7. Great for gaming.

Cons: none so far, but a full HDMI would've been better.

4 out of 5 eggsRuns great

Pros: I run everything I own at the maximum settings and have not had any issues.

Cons: Wish that it was a full HDMI instead of mini but I can live with it.

Other Thoughts: For the price this card can't be beat.

5 out of 5 eggsWell Done

Pros: Well built, sleek design, quiet fans, comes with mini HDMI to HDMI adapter

Cons: none... so far

Other Thoughts: I am pleased with this GC. For the price you can't beat being able to run nearly anything at full settings. It seems very well constructed, and i ran it through many benchmark tests with nova and furMark.

4 out of 5 eggs@Cobalt Smith

Pros: Cobalt; Your temps are normal

Your temps are WELL WITHIN tollerance.

Cons: 120F = 48.8889 C Under load it's not uncommon for these cards to heat up to 70 degrees C.

Their max temp is about 104 degrees C or 219.2 degrees F. At this point your PC will more than likely freeze lock. But even at these temps it won't melt your video card right away if at all.

Other Thoughts: I have 2 GTX 465's in SLI and my top card ran 90degrees C which is TOO HOT and during benchmark testing "Crysis" would hit max temp of 104 degrees which caused my PC to shutdown....

I bought a new TRI-SLI motherboard with a 1 video card slot width between the 2 cards and now my video cards idle at 35 Degrees C and load up to 70 degrees C. That's with 50% fan speed. I can turn my fan speeds up and lower that temp by 10 degrees if I wanted to.

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome GFX card for an affordable cost

Pros: I can push nearly any game on this at full options at 1600x900 and still hold 20-30fps. I got an additional one shortly after the first card, running both in SLI. The most impressive feat i have done with these dual monsters is running batman arkham city at full setting, spanning 3 20" monitors in profile(2700x1600 resolution) and still seeing 20-30fps with insane detail!

Cons: the upper card runs a bit hotter, but that's mostly due to the physical placement of my case. I had to use the extra 2 pin from the power cables to separate the 2 cards, when i first installed both, i would hear clicking. finally located the problem: the upper cards fans would click on the soldering of the lower card. problem solved. This is mostly a con for if you are going to run SLI, hence, i didn't remove an egg.

Other Thoughts: The mini-HDMI and DVI ports are a bit close together. I'm probably going to have to shave the plastic harnesses down just a bit, so i can have both DVI and the HDMI connected at the same time. (hoping to run 6 monitors off both cards so i won't need the extra GT210 i have, to for that)

4 out of 5 eggsthis is killer!

Pros: The graphics card can run on just about any game at Max Settings. All the While it stays really cool because of the two fans. It's at a low price!

Cons: When I first had it I was getting blue screens but that was because I needed a new PSU. The PSU that I had didn't have a second 6 pin connection. An adapter I used to connect to it didn't work very well.

Other Thoughts: I want to buy a second one.
