1 out of 5 eggsYou can do better!!

Pros: Installed ok

Cons: This card performs terribly in modern games (unplayable). My 4+ year old Geforce 9800 GTX+ runs modern games better then this thing. I returned it and got a Radeon HD 7770 which is way better!! (and not that much more expensive)

Other Thoughts: If this card was 30 bucks I would say fine, but at the $70 range you can do so much better. For just a few dollars more (literately) you can get a Radeon HD 7750, or even a 7770 that is much much better! That's not a dig Galaxy as the card installed and ran fine. But the GT 630 chipset is just no good to compete at this price range. There are just way better options.

4 out of 5 eggsGood

Pros: Cheap, quiet, Affordable

Cons: Can't run some of the newer games. My suggestion is if you have the money don't buy this card but if you're on a budget and don't req a lot of GPU capablity then this card is for you!

Other Thoughts: You're most likely here to find out what kind of FPS you'll be getting on games.

-40-60 on ARAM
Settings: everything to the max....everything

-50 fps most everywhere including nex and gwd
<Can drop to 25fps at ge/ super high volume areas

-Solid 60 in open world (haven't done any raids)
***Planetside 2***

5 out of 5 eggsBased on other reviews, I knew it would be good

Pros: - Fast
- Cheap (with rebate)
- Runs almost any game on normal settings
- The fan is extremely quiet
- Super Fast Shipping!

Cons: None that I can think of

Other Thoughts: The other reviews and tech specs explain it all. All we know so far is that it runs Team Fortress 2 on pretty high settings with no issues.

If you're like me, you're probably putting this in an older machine, so make sure you're not bottlenecked by anything else before your favorite game doesn't work with it. I went from an x1300 to this running Linux Mint. I couldn't even install proprietary drivers on Linux for that old card and it couldn't run any Steam games since Steam has such strict requirements for Linux. HL2 wouldn't even start up :) (Steam's fault)

Anyway, this card resolved all of that so just make note that video will no longer be your bottleneck with this. Also, the PC I installed this in was some kind of Acer Aspire with a 250W power supply. Works perfectly... Just google power supply calculator if you have ~250W PSU and multiple HDDs or expansion cards. I only left one HDD plugged in after installing this card just to be safe.

P.S. I chose free shipping like I have been doing for years, and it got to my door in 27 hours, no joke. It was amazing. Newegg shipping FTW.

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome if used as it's intended.

Pros: Single-slot, runs many games on at least medium settings without lag on framerates. I ran WoW on near ultra and was just touching it's maximum capability; I run EVE with everything on medium, no issues. Eve, by the way, is actually quite a visually demanding game, though not on the calibre of, say, Crysis. But it is obviously meant to be a mid-range card, not to be compared to a GTX. I certainly wouldn't OC it either, but it's also powerful enough for my comfort without being OC'd. The cooler is interesting. On my mobo the heatsink on the southbridge is a slight bit in the way of using any large video card without the card's cooler touching the SB cooler. The heatsink on this videocard is round, though slightly over single-slot profile, so it really doesn't get in the way of other components though the height of the fins goes into the next slot's space slightly (I don't use the next slot so it's no issue for me). Moreover the video cooler doesn't have anything on top, like those "heat shields" that just help trap air on the card. The fins are also shaped spirally, which actually adds surface area to the sink for heat dissipation. Looking at the cooler, I am somewhat reminded of a cooler I had on an older card by Zalman, their VF600AlCu; it was a very good cooler and very similar in design shape. I wonder if that cooler would even fit on this card, now that it the card has outlived its warrantee; I think I still have it laying around somewhere. The base of the card's sink actually does not extend the width of the fins either; the fins are formed to the base, but spiral off and over the memory chips on the card, thus creating a breezeway of sorts to cool the card's onboard RAM. Altogether a brilliant design, in my opinion. The fan on this card has not made any noise save for if I accidentally ignore a wire touching it when I open the case for cleaning, but that is my fault and easily fixed by repositioning wires.

Cons: Probably not a con in itself, but SLI on this thing might have been interesting. It isn't capable of SLI, just my hypothetical ideas...

Other Thoughts: Some people are saying that it has hardware compatibility issues, especially with De*l (not sure if I am allowed to type their name out completely so fill in the asterisk :D). I haven't found any myself, though I put it into a newer custom build. De*l sometimes has "fixed" their mobos by supplying only 25W to their PCIe x16 slots instead of the standard 75W for bandwidth usage, which might be why it gives them hiccups in certain De*l models. I have a 890GXM-G65 mobo, tri-core Athlon 3.0ghz, 8 gigs of 1600mhz Ballistix Sport running at 1333, a pair of Vertex 4 120gb ssd's and an older Cooler Master Elite 341 case, and have yet to have an issue on a 500W off-brand PSU. I'd defenitely buy this card again.

5 out of 5 eggsMade old computer like new

Pros: Low power consumption.

I put this in my very old dell pentium 4 optiplex GX280 (together with a samsung 840 ssd and I also bumped up the ram to 3gb), then installed upgraded to windows 8 pro 32bit, and the computer works like new. (The reason I bought the GT630 was to upgrade to windows 8.)

My old dell only has the original 250W psu, and the GT630 recommends 300W, but so far it has been working flawlessly with no issues whatsoever, and gives me a 6.6 for the graphics portion of the windows experience rating.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: With this experience I will probably never buy/build a new computer again, just buy an old (quality) one, put in a new graphics card, ram, and an ssd. Note that I don't use my computer for heavy gaming; if I did use it for heavy gaming, then this graphics card and my old computer probably won't work well, but my purposes it works like a dream.

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent low power card

Pros: Installed on a HP P7 Windows 7 pro with an I5 3570 processor and 8GB of Corsair Vengeance low profile overclocked ram and 300 watt power supply. Runs flawlessly and very quiet. Runs IL-2 Stormovik at high settings with no issues. Hd video also. Highly recommend for those who want to upgrde a low power machine. Good bang for the buck.

Cons: None

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Small, quiet, low power requirement. A lot better than my on-board video.

Cons: A little hard to install. Had to slightly bend forward the bottom of the metal plate to get it to fit. May be ok on other cases.

Other Thoughts: I'm not a gamer. Except for Buggle on Facebook.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat card for the money!! (Works with 300w Power Supply)

Pros: Good card for low power consumption
Good performance for the Price
Plays Dayz Mod Perfectly
Quiet Fan

Cons: Not a high end card. Mid range performance

Other Thoughts: Get this card if you have a lower power PSU (300watts) and don't want to spend money to update it. This card will play many games. Some games on Highest settings, most games on normal settings.
