Pros: What comes with this and the price you pay is outstanding. Hands down the best deal for a high performance graphics card. Crysis, World At War, Call of Duty 4, all are roughly 30 frames per second with all settings on high or very high. Also runs CUDA code/programs very well. It was very hard to find a better GPU for this price.

Cons: Mine died within 3 weeks due to the stock fans settings being set at 40% under any load. This is a poor decision on Sparkle/nVidia's part.

Other Thoughts: Newegg's customer service was amazing and I got the GPU replaced with free shipping. Using free software I was able to set the fan speed higher which keeps the temps at roughly 67C under full load. The first one I had under full load would sit at a toasty 85C. So be aware.

Pros: This is a follow up: Great performance with good drivers, runs in Linux, will stay cool with V SYNC ON.

Cons: Mine went bad after two weeks, if the card went above 75C for a few minutes it would artifact then crash what i was running. This isn't sparkels' fault, it happens with other companies its just related to the 275. The replacement is working great though

Other Thoughts: Nice to see a high end card that is still a budget card, after all people want the performance anyways

Pros: Just phenomenal performance for the price!
Tom's Hardware marks this card as the 5th most powerful on the charts, and I have to say, it's true.
I've got it running at stock speeds with the fan at 100% all the time and I've haven't found a game that I can't run at ultra high settings with at least 4xAA and 16xAF on my monitors native res of 1920x1080...
Devil May Cry 4: With the frame limiter at 60 fps, I've never seen it drop bellow 59.5 fps
CoD WaW: I've never had it drop bellow 50 fps
CoD 4: Never had it bellow 60 fps
Fallout 3: Has never looked so great at an average of 100 fps
Sims 3: lol... 300 fps with fast forward going in the middle of the town
Knight Online: While sitting in Moradon on the main USKO servers, I get 50 fps and heavy PVP I get 100 fps

This has also made every little detail on Vista look absolutely amazing! Just a perfect card for the money.

I'm going to buy an SLI mobo and another card :D

Cons: :( It lost an egg for the extreme temp...
While playing intense games for long periods of time (CoD for 3 hours) Everest Ultimate says the card is at 87 Celsius, Speed fan says the same, nTune also reads 87...

But!!!! Just download Nvidia's nTune software and increase the fan speed to 100% and the card shouldn't get above 70 Celsius... Don't worry about the fan going out; It has a 3 year warranty :D

Pros: Clocks to 700 no probs under Windows 7 w Riva Tuner on a ASUS board w linked clocks enabled.. Chews thru games at high settings...

Cons: I have a Antec Skeleton Case. Its a long card.. Takes to Power Plugs.. But not really a con.. Runs a little warm but not really hott. But for the price and the warranty hey what can you argue.

Other Thoughts: I spank a 285GTX wo paying the price... and I have Open GL 3 technology.. :)

Pros: Cheap enough that running an SLI setup for future proofing your system wont cost an arm and a leg. Will take lovely advantage of Windows 7.

Cons: Squeals a bit under full load, but that is Nvidia's fault. As for a Sparkle product, the fan wasn't very flashy like so many others.

Other Thoughts: The size isn't a con and shouldn't ever be otherwise your case is too small to fit in other equally powerful components that wont bottleneck your system or cause overheating.

Pros: it ran great once i got it to work properly.

Cons: the freaking fan didn't start at the begining, so i though it was a doa. i try to read it in different board, and no sign of the card to work. after like the 50th tries, i got the freaking fan to work and from there on it was smooth sailing.

Other Thoughts: it came in a nice box and the price was right.

Pros: Lots of power, runs in linux without issues, stays cool close to 40C idle, it just blows a lot of hot air out while gaming.

Cons: They used cheap caps on this card so when the frame rate gets to high it will make your psu whine, buzz, scream.

It is solved by forcing vsync on, 60fps is plenty anyways.

Other Thoughts: Just because it blows hot air out doesn't mean its getting to hot. A gpu can take a bit more heat and be ok with it. My old 6800 got up to 90C while gaming, it is still running. This card stayed under 70C

Pros: 1. Fast as greased lightning
2. Bought it when it was below ($200)
3. It came with WAW free

Cons: 1. Makes noise when loading up Crysis but then doesn't make any noise while running?
"Noise sounds like an insect crying to itself"
2. This thing runs Hot! Make sure you have good air flow.

Other Thoughts: I bought it only because it was the cheapest 275 GTX at the time. I have a small budget...lol

Pros: This is a great card for a low price (under $200). A huge step up from my G92 based 8800GTS. Played all of my games at my native 1920x1200 resolution. The Fan is amazing quiet which is good as all current Nvidia cards by default have too low of a fan speed (40%). Increased to 60% fixed rate and it idled at about 42c and during benchamarks and gaming ran up to 68c. The default settings took it to over 80c during gaming. Once again it was a bargain at such a low price considering that it comes with almost nothing and what I would consider a less than optimally protective package.

Cons: And now the bad.... It died after 2 weeks. No overclocking was done. I usually only overclock to buy myself some time at the end of it's life while I choose an upgrade. There was no warning... just a shutdown after a windows update and when it went to reboot.... nothing. Fortunately I had my old 8800gts to back me up while I RMA. Unfortunately I can only exchange and not refund but will give it another go and hope this was just a fluke. This card also had some capacitor whine initially but disappeared after about two days of use. Not a big deal if your turning up your volume to play but a notable point regardless. I'm not sure if the whine was a warning since I have had Nvidia based cards do this in the past without consequence.

Other Thoughts: I normally buy from eVGA, XFX of BFG, but my last card was from MSIand it's still going striong so I though I would give a lesser name a go and save myself $40 dollars. Sparkle has a good reputation with OEMs and elsewhere in the world and got a good review on this card from Guru3d. I would have given the card 5 eggs initially but it's premature failure and limiting return policy knocked it down.

Pros: Great graphics for EVERY game I play.

C&C 3 Tiberium Wars, This game is different because you have hundreds upon hundreds of units being created between 2-8 players... It plays the campaign BEAUTIFULLY but skirmishes are sluggish which isn't surprising because of the extreme graphics being applied to 4,000+ individual units + Hundreds of buildings and structures all playing in real time across the entire map.
Oblivion Every single graphical option turned all the way up.
GTA San Andreas lol Everything increased as high as the game permits.

Temperature is ok at idle. with fan speed at 100% it sits at 32-36c

Cons: *sigh*
I have to dock it an egg for it's extremely high temp readings.
Idling with fan speed set to auto (using nTune), it hovers around 44c and 86c while playing CoD WaW (all settings maxed) for a few hours.
Using nTune, I cranked the fan speed to 100%... It sounds like a jet engines, but idc because it plays games beautifully.

Other Thoughts: Might look into another cooler for this monster of a card...
Maybe watercooling might be the solution to its heat? dunno, it's got the 3 year warranty, so I'm not worried about it failing :D
