Pros: Great improvement over my other two computers - GTX 550Ti and Radeon HD 7850.
GTA IV on all settings is buttery smooth with no lag. Silent fans, great cooling design. Nice packaging and included adapters seem good quality even though I didn't need them. I would not hesitate to buy a Sparkle graphics card again!

Cons: Quality Control issues - as other reviews have experienced the heatsink is too low on the end where the power connectors plug in, causing one of the fans to either make loud grinding noises or not spin at all. Just loosen the screws on the little stilts that hold up the heatsink on that end, move the heatsink up a tiny bit, and tighten the screws again.

Other Thoughts: MSI Z87M-G43 motherboard, Intel i7-4770K CPU, Silverstone PS07B case, 750W PSU.

1 out of 5 eggssparkle rma process not good

Pros: Good specs on paper but...

Cons: Sparkle is not responsive to RMA's, I purchased a card from them a while back and it was a hassle to get an RMA. I sent them the video card and it's been over 6 months of waiting. Still no response from Sparkle after many emails. The number I had for them does not even work anymore.

Other Thoughts: not worth the hassle

5 out of 5 eggsNice Video Card

Pros: Nice cooling
Back plate
Box says Lifetime Warranty

Cons: None so far

Other Thoughts: Plays all my games on highest setting without a problem. The card stays cool, I haven't seen it go over 60 degrees yet. I am only running one monitor at 1920x1200 so the 2 gig of memory seems to be enough. I haven't had the need to OC this card yet , but I may try in the future just to see what it can do. This is my second video card by Sparkle and so far I have been happy with both.

5 out of 5 eggsSolid Construction

Pros: This may sound strange but I compare this power supply to a really nice watch, think Tag or Omega, the solid feel of the housing is a great first impression, and for a passive enthusiast, this thing is amazing. I will update when I've had it under significant load in the mini-itx gaming rig I'm building.

Cons: None yet.

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome

Pros: Great card.
Over clocks well (1200mhz core)
COLD no matter what I do, temps above 65 degrees never happen.
Incredibly quiet.
Looks great.
The box says lifetime warranty.

Cons: 2gigs may not be enough for future games, though no issues so far with vram.
Not a big time company, I wonder how their RMA process is.

2 out of 5 eggsNo Customer Support

Pros: The card itself works fine and keeps things nice and cool around 60c under full load. I was able to clock mine up to 1254 core, but obviously that's the luck of the chip.

Cons: I only gave two eggs because I had a few questions about the cards warranty and other things that never got answered. Been about 2-3 weeks and a few emails, you'd think they would answer them. I fear that if this card ever dies that I will not get any support to fix it. You're supposed to be able to register this card on the website but it's not even listed there, I tried it on multiple computers and browsers. It lets you fill out the form but when you get to the model of the card, there's nothing there for this one.

Other Thoughts: Would not purchase from again. Where's the customer support?

5 out of 5 eggsSLI is rocking...

Pros: I bought these for the funky coolers. Easy to blow the dust out of them. Nice back plate. I'm not overclocking them. The factory OC is good and stable and it runs pretty cool, about 60 - 65c normal game load. Cards run great for Surround.

Cons: Not yet.

Other Thoughts: Not a "big name" brand, but these are very nice cards.
