PCI Graphics Card
Pros: I needed a PCI display adapter to help breath some life into an old P4 system with out APG.
Cons: If I were to say this was a slow card, I'd be right. However, I did not get this card for extreme gaming or video editing.
Other Thoughts: Works great for turning your old computer into a HTPC.

Sparkle 8400GS PCI card
Pros: its PCI interface, not PCIe. The 8400GS chip is currently supported by Nvidia in Windows 8. It is a bargain for an 8400GS PCI card compared to what remains in the marketplace for this outdated interface. Works well for desktop apps, not using it for gaming.
Cons: its PCI interface, not PCIe.
Other Thoughts: I purchased this to be able to run a 4 monitor system with Windows 8 with the current updated Nvidia drivers. The previous mix of a 8400GS PCIe card and a 6200 PCI card worked with the native Windows 8 drivers, but when Windows update released new NVidia drivers, I lost the function of the 6200 PCI card. It turns out the old 6200 series is no longer supported by Nvidia for Win 8. I could roll back the drivers to restore function, but went instead with spending $50 with getting a second 8400GS PCI card to keep drivers current.
