Pros: Windows 7 includes drivers (PnP). Never had a failure. Currently running 20 PCs with great results.
Cons: Not all video cards play well this card. Don't even think about matching it with a PCI video card.
Other Thoughts: We run some desks with 4 and 5 monitors. This card plays well with FireMV 2200 / 2250 in the 16x slot. Set bios video to select onboard as main video. - We run Dell Optiplex 780s and it's the Only card that we use.

Pros: It's returnable.
Cons: It doesn't co-exist with any other cards, even another ATI card. Therefore, it's useless to me. It says right in the instructions to remove all other video cards.
I did not follow this "advice" because I don't need to replace one x16 2-monitor card with an x1 2-monitor card.
I couldn't open my ATI control panel for my other card and when I removed this new card, I had to do a system restore to get things back to normal.
Other Thoughts: It's difficult to imagine why anyone would want this card. I needed the PCIe x1 slot configuration because my current video card was taking up the x16 slot. If it doesn't work with my current video card, why wouldn't I just replace the existing x16 card with an x16 card that can support 2 or 4 monitors?
