5 out of 5 eggsAmazing Period

Pros: -Overclocks like a champ (Provided you get a good card)
-Good Cooling (1200/1500) Temps lower than 70 Degrees
-Looks like Pure Quality
-Bang for Buck
-Runs all games tested on MAX

Cons: Has some screen flickers on mine when I got it, cleared after time.

Other Thoughts: If you are looking for a great card and don't care about CUDA or PhysX, get this card. Great cooling, overclock potential, and overall pretty AWESOME. FREE GAMES TOO!

2 out of 5 eggsNeeds 2 8-Pin connectors, not 8 + 6

Pros: I'll fill this in once I go buy another connecor.

Cons: Just a warning that this product does not use an 8 and a 6 pin connector, as listed both on this website and on the box. It actually uses 2 8-pin connectors. I had the required cables, but now I can't install it until I go buy the right cable.

5 out of 5 eggsXapor-X

Pros: Good cooler
Strong performance
Good overclocking
Boost BIOS for easy, one click Overclock if you don't feel like messing with it much

Cons: Boost BIOS is voltage locked, one would think it'd be the other way around
Had to use Trixx 4.4.0b to get voltage control
Not really a con but as other have said, this needed 2 8-pins cables instead of 1 6-pin and 1 8-pin

Other Thoughts: Don't have any complaints about the Sapphire Vapor-X 7950. It has performed exactly as I anticipated. Good quality card, reached a decent OC of 1150 core 1300 memory and didn't feel like pushing it any further, though I'm sure it would be capable. Idle of 31 C at auto fan settings, never really spikes above 70 C. Overall a good quality card.

5 out of 5 eggsGames are beautiful

Pros: The things this card can do... I purchased this card after I saw the deals on the games, and figured it was a good price to get some games and a video card. The computer was using Intel Graphics 4000, but when I popped this video card in, the beauty of the games was breath-taking. And it ran so much faster. And provided a full 7.1 surround sound. If anything's going to sell you on PC gaming, let it be this card.

Cons: When playing itunes, there was a stutter to the music that my friend complained about. I think this is related to software. It may need a driver update, we'll see.

4 out of 5 eggsBeastly....literally

Pros: Powerful: This thing can run even the most demanding games at 1900x1080 without it even coming close to going below 50fps. That's a big deal in my book!
Cost: It's not dirt cheap but for what you get, compared to Nvidia GPU's, it's a steal!
Cooling: In this case, you're paying somewhere around $20-$40 dollars more for the cooling....and its worth the extra money in my book. However that's my opinion and as such is subjective.
Quality of the actual card: The parts have a sturdy feel to them. Nothing feels cheap and everything looks really nice.
Ease of use: Easy to install, nothing too complicated.

Cons: Cost: As I mentioned in the pro section, the cost isn't too high nor is it cheap. This part is subjective so I'll let you decide whether or not this version of the card is worth it. For a bit less you can get the same card with a different cooler. You decide whether or not it's worth the extra funds.
Size: This thing is LARGE...to even call it large is an understatement. I had to remove my HDD and place it outside my case to get this bad boy to fit so make sure you have an incredibly large case, or the ability to place parts of the machine OUTSIDE of the case otherwise you'll be without a graphics card.

Other Thoughts: This thing is all I had hoped for and more. It's a little more costly than I'm used to, but for once I'm proud (and excited) to say that this thing runs everything top notce.

The cost might make some take a step back but let me assure you, you get your money's worth here.

I currently run the following games at 1900x1080 with EVERYTHING I CAN TURN UP MAXED OUT and I've yet to see my FPS (Frames per second) drop below 50fps.

I run planetside 2, Crysis 3, bioshock infinite, Far Cry 3, Black ops 2, Guild wars 2, WoW, Neverwinter, Battlefield 3 and Tribes: Ascend.

My full rig details are as follows:
AMD FX 8320 3.5ghz (4ghz turbo)
ASRock 970 EXTREME3 AM3+ AMD 970
PNY Optima 8GB (2x4gbs)
Razr Mouse

Everything runs amazingly!

1 out of 5 eggsDO NOT BUY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Pros: They look cool and the cooler Is top noch

Cons: These cards are a disaster, I purchased 2 of these cards from Newegg both are defective. They are listed on this site as having a 8 pin power connector and a 6 pin power connector both of the ones that I was shipped have two 8 pin connectors. The manufacturer has been unresponsive to my attempts to contact them. From what I have been able to find it appears that sometime after release the card went through a slight redesign and the manufacturer used lower quality components and changed the card BIOS. The result is that the cards memory is highly unstable causing the cards themselves to crash quite often.

It should also be noted that the coolers are so big that these cards take up 3 pcie slots and not 2 as they would appear to.

Other Thoughts: I am done with these cards I have spent over a week trying to find a way to make these stable as I do believe that cards may be very good. This is not the way it should be things should work out of the box.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Runs all the latest games with out even a hiccup. Vapor-X cooling system works as advertised. Card runs way cooler then my roommates card from a competing chip manufacturer.

Cons: Initially I had the high pitch humming noise that others have talked about. However, it seems that the problem has gone away after about 2 weeks of use. Took one egg off for the potential problem with reliability I fear I may have with the card.

Other Thoughts: Cooler Master Haf X
Intel i7 3770k
Asus Maximus V Formula
Corsair Dominator Platinum 2400 16GB
Samsung 840 Pro 256GB
WD Velociraptor 1TB
Seagate 4TB
Sapphire Vapor-X 7950HD
Corsair GS800

4 out of 5 eggsBigger Than I Expected

Pros: Performs exactly as it should.
Faster than my GTX 470
Got some cool games with it that I may not have time to play O.o
Very low-cost. I got it for ten dollars and three benjamins - amazing.

Cons: The unboxing event was a bit disappointing. Again, everything was there, but for a flagship videocard I expected more. Everything inside the box was brown pressure-formed cardboard. There was a rectangular cardboard spacer up against the video card because the molded cardboard carton was too large for it. Underneath was a low-height cardboard box containing all the accessories. It just screamed cost-cutting to me. In all fairness, I did get it at a great price. The included CD has just drivers on it - bleh.

Since it's not a FLEX card, I have to buy a ~40 dollar adapter to hook up a 3rd monitor. But I knew that going into this.

The fan shroud over the heatsinks is very flimsy. I kept trying to hold it by the PCB board because it felt as if I tried to hold the card's weight by gripping the shroud, it would break. This isn't easy to do as the card's shape is dominated by that plastic shroud.

I can live without the backplate, but it would rock have it there. More cost-cutting most likely.

Other Thoughts: In windows 8 I didn't even bother to uninstall the GeForce drivers before plugging this thing in. I fired up Windows, waited a few minutes for it to adjust to the new card, and then proceeded to use Windows as usual. I later downloaded and installed the latest stable AMD drivers and those also worked just as they should.

Despite what I've seen in various reports (and Sapphire's product page) this card does require 2 8-pin PCI-E connectors.

Photos don't do this card justice. When you hold it in your hands it is impressive. It was bigger than my GTX 470 by almost an inch and bumps up right against the hard drive cage.

4 out of 5 eggsGlitchy

Pros: its runs very cool @ 30c idle and gets to 55c under load. if i kick up the fans past default it gets much cooler. card is overclocked to 1ghz and 1500 mhz memory.

Cons: amd's drivers honestly do suck, As soon as i loaded up far cry in the prologue when the song paper planes by M.I.A comes on it lags to under 10fps. It has many dips when put on high settings, never mind ultra. I didn't take an egg off because it wasn't the cards fault that the drivers are poorly constructed. Its really funny because far cry 3 is optimized for radeon graphics.

Other Thoughts: before this card i had a gtx 560 that ran wonderfully which had drivers that worked great. I am not brave enough to try CFX as i believe i will run into more driver issues.

I'm not a fan of fancy copper tubing cooling because of the margin for error such as coil whine. I hear the whine everyone once in a while but it is not there 24/7. In certain game menus it is more obvious. I wish sapphire took the time to develop a truly silent vapor-x model with a contained waterloop, as i would be the first to buy one.
