4 out of 5 eggsGreat Card, but 1 Issue...

Pros: Card ran very well and performed to expectations. Good price point as well.

Cons: Card died shortly after 1 year of use. Doesn't seem to be an overheat, I never ran it hot or OC'd. Don't know what caused the card to stop working.

3 out of 5 eggsGood gpu, bad Sapphire bios

Pros: I purchased 2 of these in November around black friday for $240 before the prices skyrocketed. The cards will do 1100 core and 1500 memory easily. Scrypt mining I get 620 khs on the 1100/1500 card but the top card (the one that sucks in the heat) will only do 520 khs cause I have to underclock it to 860/1250 to drop the voltage from 1.25 to 1.125

Cons: Price. These cards were going for as little as $150 as recently as November and now due to the high demand from scrypt mining all radeon gpu are extremely high. The cards bios has locked voltage at 1.25 for stock clocks of 925/1250. In order to drop the voltage to 1.125 you have to drop core to 860. 1.25v is way more than needed at stock but will allow a overclock of 1100/1500 easily.

Other Thoughts: Over all this is a average card. The 7950 gpu is still very powerful at gaming and mining 620khs is easy for the bottom card or if you only have one. It does great at scrypt mining and gaming.

3 out of 5 eggsNice mining card

Pros: Card is great for mining cryptocurrency's takes a high overclock like a boss as long as you can cool it properly
1155 Mhz core 1575 Mhz Mem @ 1.25v getting about 680 Kh/s per card mining scrypt running 3 cards.pulling about 1040W from the wall.

Cons: Absolutely HATE the cooling design of these cards the fans blow the majority hot air from the heat sinks out the back of the cards so if you have a card on top of another the bottom card blows hot air directly into the other even if you have 6 inch pci-e expander and an open air case this is still a real problem i have 3 cards as far away from each other as possible first card 61C, 2nd 67C, last 71c with ambient temp of 18C and a desk fan blowing on all 3... during the summer heat is a serious problem i could not imagine running even 2 cards sli in a case without pci-e expanders.

3 out of 5 eggsWeird graphic glitches

Pros: A great card overall when it works correctly. When I first installed this card I had no issues with this card. I could play any game I wanted at any resolution I wanted. I loved it. When everything is working great, it rocks.

Cons: Over the last few months is what really inspired me to write about this card. I have tried to update the video drivers, check settings, reseating the card, ensuring that it is clean and not overheating but I still get these random graphic glitches were areas of the screen look like other areas of the desktop. I have to refresh the the desktop over and over until the glitches fix themselves. At first I thought it was the driver but after uninstalling, reinstalling, updating, and even testing the beta drivers, I still get this issue frequently. I may just have a card that decided it wants to act up, but after saving and spending over $300 dollars for this card, it is rather frustrating.

Other Thoughts: When this card works, it rocks, the glitches are pains but they are not deal breakers. It could be I just have something wrong on my card. Going to try to contact manufacture and see if they have any other ideas.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Card!

Pros: TRiXX utility makes overclocking easy, not as pretty as afterburner but just as good. It has great performance on all of my games. No issues and no complaints

Cons: Costs more than the R9 280x and has less performance. If you have an eight pin in your power supply then definately go with the 280x, but if not this is a great card as well.

Pros: fast on anything I have tried

Cons: not really a con but what is up with the price jumping up and down in a $40 range as I have been watching the price as I want to get a second to cross fire config

Other Thoughts: first time with Sapphire video card and very happy
