5 out of 5 eggsGood Card

Pros: Great performance per dollar!
Quiet!
Easy to install!

Cons: None..

Other Thoughts: I wish I would have seen there are 2 different types of Dvi slots so I could have purchased an adapter for my second monitor. But that is my fault for just seeing Dvi x2 in specs and not looking closer at the images.

5 out of 5 eggsBest for the price, nothing better.

Pros: I've bought a lot of upgrades for the pc's that I own and this card Is the best for the price. People talk about issues on their card but I've never had any issues due to the card. very quiet (unless you crank up the fan to 100%) and very powerful. Works great in crossfire too. Even with a single card I rarely have any games that make me turn down the settings to get above 50 fps. The 4 gb vram is very helpful when cranking up the settings even in 4k.

Cons: If you know what you're doing you should have little problems with installation and gameplay.
Do not over clock highly, most always results in a crash and could potentially harm hardware, but if you know what you are doing you will have very little problems.

3 out of 5 eggsDecent for what you pay, prepare for RMA

Pros: Decent performance, about what I expected. Holds fairly true to the benchmarks that I was basing my comparison on.
Runs decently cool considering the case I have it in (not great airflow and bottom mount PSU, card blocks some of the updraft).
And is slightly quiter than my previous HD 6870.

Cons: Got a BSOD twice since installing it, and I NEVER get BSOD.
Also get some minor graphics tearing every once in a while, just a quick flicker across the screen.

Deducted one egg each for the 2 complaints I have with it.

Other Thoughts: Only runs marginally faster on low usage games (LoL) but I knew that going into the purchase. Haven't tried it on anything too graphic instensive yet, may see better gains there with the 4gb of memory but haven't been playing anything to compare well on.

The issues I have are minor, and I would RMA but don't want to be without it so I am just dealing with it until it dies, then I will replace.

5 out of 5 eggsNeeds updated v-bios to eliminate flicker

Pros: Awesome card. Runs cool, quiet, and even works pretty well on NVIDIA optimized games. I get about 40-60 fps on Witcher 3 on ultra with antialising/Hairworks off (consoles are locked at 30fps). I have a 3rd generation i7 3.4ghz and 16gb ram.

Cons: The flicker problem plagued me for a while. I RMA'd a card then scoured the internet for a fix. I finally contacted support and asked for a new video bios file, as I heard this was the only true fix. Sure enough, I've been flicker free for going on 7 months now. For how little I paid for this card, it was worth the hassle.

Other Thoughts: If you have the flicker problem, you may want to contact sapphire support before you RMA it and request a new vbios file. If you don't know how to update it, make sure you familiarize yourself with flashing the vbios before you go through this method as it can brick your card if not done correctly.

5 out of 5 eggsThis was a great purchase

Pros: Great graphics card I'm absolutely loving it.
Go with the 4GB I have a friend with a 270X 2GB and he has problems when we play rust.
Can't beat the value
No problems with heat

Cons: Big

Other Thoughts: I'm super cheap and I live in Texas and I don't use my air conditioner. Even so I never have any heat problems with this guy.

5 out of 5 eggsBuy it! Great card for the price!

Pros: GDDR5 memory @ 4 Gbts with a 256 bit bus that can take advantage of it. The dual fans appear to keep things cool and bench-mark ratings for this card were high regarding the performance compared to price. Lastly, this was built around the PCI Express 3.0 x 16 platform, so it is up to par with the latest and greatest boards; for now.

Cons: Bulky and a bit tricky to install in my full ATX tower case (but my case is over 10 years old). Most graphics cards with these specs are likely to be equally bulky though. It takes up two card slots on the rear expansion panel of my rig (no big deal for me). You must have this thing plugged into your power, and it comes with two molex plugs to do so. These are all manageable and in no way cause for a loss of an egg in my opinion.

Other Thoughts: I love this card so far. I bought it because I wanted to play the latest Wolfenstein games and my card was just under the minimum. The game was playable, but it glitched often and was not fun at all. This card is overkill for that game, but I figured this way I would not need to upgrade again for a few years (fingers crossed). Now I play the game on the highest settings and it handles like a beast! I also noticed major improvement to my computer' management of opening and closing windows and load times for webpages when browsing. I would recommend this card even if someone is not a major gamer.

4 out of 5 eggsDon't know if I trust Radeon or not.

Pros: I noticed all my typos so I wanted to re'post so I don't look like a goof. lmfao. I got this card for an older gaming build I wanted to finish. I wanted a 4gig 256bit card for under 200 bucks & this is Dope, I did however have to redo my whole entire operating system to get it to work right! But I guess it was about time any way almost 4 years.. I have all ways had issues with Radeon graphics cards in the past so I do not know if I trust Radeon Graphics cards yet.but it seems to be working well. I gotta say AMD makes 1 hell of a CPU:)

And now SAPPHIRE 100364-4GL Radeon R9 270X 4GB 256-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 Video Card (Dual-X Edition)
Those are my main parts.
use to have a 2gig ddr3 Gigabyte gt430 graphics card & I upgraded to this one.
My Frankenstein monster is now complete!

Cons: I Had to redo my operating system to get the card to work correctly! That really sucked. I probably will never buy a Radeon ever again sorry to say, But AMD makes 1 hell of a CPU! Nvidia is a WAY better graphics card I wish they made a 4gig 256bit graphics card in the 200 dollar price range.
